As a life long resident of mountain home im 100% against the casion. We would have all the things we need in this town with proper leadership and proper use of our tax dollars. We live in a small town and most of us want to keep it that way.
Mountain home needs entertainment and employment we need all of this if you’re so against the casino then bring better solutions to the town meetings also we’d benefit from a sams club not Costco
I live in oasis, ID just a stones throw from mountain home id much rather see a Costco, WinCo or something that's actually wanted for the benefit of the community a casino in my mind is a disadvantage.
Do they even have permission to gave an of the Res Casino?? Completely against a casino. This would only bring a place for people to sink money they don't have. And odd that the tribe that has no relationship with the town, would want to move in and add another casino. Why does it have to be a casino. They only want the base to poor their money into it. Watch the town change for the worst if it comes.
