I desperately purchased 2 of these while on vacation for my kids (whom are 8 and 11 years old and still rely on sound machines to sleep) after I had burned up the ones I had brought from home due incompatibility on voltage between US and NZ outlets. Like you, I was disappointed that there were no plugs included, but was able to purchase the correct adapter here in NZ. The instructions included are poor and do not tell you how to operate the device at all. After blindly trying to figure out how to turn it on, I was able to get it to play the pink noise, but didn’t realize I had it on cry mode the first night when it would only stay on for 40 minutes. I was almost ready to give up and return them both, but this video was so helpful in breaking down how to actually use the machine. You’re a life saver! ❤
Your video has given me so much hope! This arrives tomorrow after 2 months of barely sleeping at night .. white noise does not work for our baby neither so I’m keeping my fingers crossed!!! Thank you!!

Just bought the device and hopefully my 11 months old baby will benefit from that, when do you think it would be best to place it in the room? i feel like if it is on an eye level of the baby maybe it make things worse?? or somewhere not that visible directly to the baby?? thanks again!!

I couldn't find any reviews online either! And like you say very limited instructions.. very strange. As for the cry sensor not turning back on, how long have you had the product? Maybe it's faulty 😓 might be worth getting an exchange? Although when you say it is tapped off... the product needs to be left 'on' and the cry sensor will turn the device on and off automatically for you. Good luck! ✨

Ah thank you :) Perhaps you have a faulty version as I just press the nightlight button, then the pulse button and they are both activated? I have had a little trouble with mine since making this video where it just turns itself off in the night. Little one is not impressed!

a tip is to lock the "exposure" so it dont change the brightness automaticly, hard to compare the different brightnessness :) eitherway, good review.

Did you ever work this out? I'm testing it out with a baby crying sound on UA-cam and cry sensor doesn't activate despite settings are on.
