One thing Im always confused about is if I should face my hands out or in, personally I find out to have practicality for swatting punchs or defending punchs, if you dont have gloves then facing out the back of your hand is kind of useless, atleast in my opinion, what do you think is right

Yes diffrent ways to distribute your weight and the how big your stance allows for different ways to move.
