Even though I'm not a beta tester. But it's definitely worth knowing because I do contentinplate at times on various topics and be a beta tester, let it me firmware or software updates. And this one seems dangerous to play around with.

No, you don't need samsung smartphone to access samsung members. If you have samsung account then you are good to go.

No beta is available for USA and Korea only AFAIK.
