"Living in the Hay" always made me hope I could grow up to be as hardy and hearty as Skip and Judy's characters apparently are. 🙂 My goodness gracious, "Good Night" and the poor director. 😂And Wyle E. Coyote and the Road Runner and the traffic light. 🤣
Originally aired on Tuesday, December 14, 1976. Final season(season 6, of course.) Love it-two segments teaching digraph “ay” back to back, with a country like quality-Skip and Judy “living in the hay”(I remember this one), and restaurant customer Morgan and waitress Hattie-Morgan ordering “a tray of hay” for his horse “May the bay(somehow I didn’t remember this segment at all.) Fond memories of growing up as a kid in the 70s with Old School Sesame Street and Electric Company.
Wow! The Birthday Bandit was actually pretty tough. He actually did overpower Spiderman for a moment! Kind of a funny twist. Being the hard luck hero Spiderman often is, he actually had to do laundry for obvious reasons. One of my favorites was when he saved the day only to be kicked out of the baseball park. MORGAN FREEMAN "I can be pretty stupid when I want to be."
... didn't you just upload this same episode a week or so ago? ... or are there two channels uploading classic Electric Company episodes and I'm subscribed to both of them? o_O (I know I commented on the other upload, because this was always my favorite of the Electric Company Roadrunner shorts)
"Living in the Hay" just cracks me up.
It's like SNL for kids. I love it. Some of the skits are hilarious.

I remember that "Right On" song...man, that song rocks.
Rita Moreno in that Shirley Temple outfit hits different as an adult.
This is rare and probably the only WarnerBros short of Wile E Coyote with a voice!

No, I uploaded it once, but something got in the way of the screen while I was recording so I deleted and retook it.
