I was trying out that plugin for awhile and started using it in every project. Finally bought it just now. Thanks for the transient split rack. I was wondering what other stuff it could be used for and found your video. Glad I rediscovered your channel, haven't been here in awhile.
I've been using voxengo sound delay to compensate for plug-in delay within channels for too long to find out that I could have just been using the same plug-in without any effects running on it to do it. I also immediately made my own version of this setup using the slate digital transient shaper as it has an option to solo the transient and the sustain. Never thought to just effect the sustain on its own. Gonna try st4b out using the demo and see which one I like better. Thank you!
I end up having a lot of occasion to do frequency splits and tighten up just the highs or just the lows on a sound with a transient shaper, so it’s appealing to have that as a built-in feature.
@@Frequentaudio Yeah! There's a spectral compressor among so many other things to plugdata. In fact, you can create any plugin or gimmick inside of plugdata. I only recently heard about it after finally seeing a Nasko video after a long time.
might be a silly q but why do you want phase cancellation between the two chains? the drums sound more present without the phase for me. thanks for the dope tutorial !
i been telling everyone but this is the best transient shaper I have ever had BY A MILE
Ayo I didn't know Frequent had a yt channel! Been loving the music for years, looking forward to more youtube content :)
Ahhh you're in for a treat it's the best!
I'd also recommend Alckemy neuro channel 🤘
Same!!!!! So happy
Omg new frequent dropped. Literally though this series was over, what a treat

i love st4b, and now i have even more reasons to love st4b
Very cool sound design concepts.
Whoa super cool and now I’ve discovered your music as well!! Sometimes the algorithm gets it right…

Love it dude thanks
Hey Frequent! Have you used Plugdata before? If so, how do you incorporate it into your workflow?
Ive never heard of it but it looks cool! Do you use it for anything?

It's a good day today!
❤
Is there any benefits for using this over Spiff?
Yo we missed you 🥹

Sick
I have spiff, is this essentially the same thing as that or is this cooler ?
And here I was thinking that Live used latency compensation inside of the audio effect racks...
23:38 dead lmao
The cursor tho
