I cut the carrots in the shapes of pumpkins and used garden rotini in the chicken noodle soup and called it chicken “boodle” soup for halloween! Love all your recipes!

I use Worcestershire sauce and garlic.. You can use Lawry’s or McCormick’s seasoning. We also make hamburger soup. Hamburger meat with mixed vegetables, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and seasoning. My kids like it!! 😋
Pampered Chef has the best garlic 🧄 press I’ve had mine for 22 years absolutely love it!

Not a mom either and finding that a lot of guilt and stress is on women' shoulders anyway... So I'm guessing we're allowed to give ourselves grace too 😅
When you do a gluten free roast, before you make gravy, portion off some drippings and freeze them. Then when you make another roast, put those drippings in and add your new packet and liquid and so on. I do this up to 3/4 roasts and it adds such a depth of flavor. I do a roast about once a month so it’s never in the freezer for long. Plus it helps if you can’t find a desired seasoning at some point.
Take your time Tiff, remember to rest when you can. You don’t need to get everything done all at once. God bless you and your family.xx

If you are craving pot roast like this..
I highly suggest trying pioneer women’s pot roast recipe and just making sure the ingredients you use are gluten free! Her version is the best! I’m sure you could add it to the slow cooker!

When I make a pot roast I don't bother with packets so thinking my recipe must be gluten free. I just do fresh garlic, onions, throw a peice of celery basic trilogy lol then add beef broth, beef bone broth (super good, natural collagen) half a stick of butter or olive oil, then I always add a little more onion and garlic powder, steak sauce, liquid smoke, worchestire sauce or however you spell that lol, tomato paste like a tbls makes it super rich and either just bring water level halfway up your roast for crock pot or use an oven bag like I always do and add like 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water. You don't have to add the tbls of flour to the bag like they say it won't explode as long as you poke a couple holes in the top. Comes out the most flavor and most tender in the oven bag in my opinion. 😁 tips from a Chef in Maine 😂👍
