How can I edit the mocap data. I want to do the clean up the data I have captured??????

You can yse the UE sequence editor or for more pro features, export the animation to other tools such as Maya tio edit the animation.

When whe put the animation in blender, there is keyframe of the animation showed in blender ?

The plugin supports recording the animation directly in Blender. You will have access to the raw animationn file to modify it or export to other software
