Their inhumane reaction was absolutely the worst part. There was a story more recently if a hijacking where some young people carjacked an old person, and ended up dragging them for a block or two. Full well knowing they were there
Andrew was a true hero. He went out of his way during his downtime to answer a call any other police unit could have handled. We need more officers like him.
0:46 You are spot on! It's John B. Allen. People constantly mispronounced his channel name, Mr. B. Allen a lot, so he just took it and ran with it 😅😂 Poor John. We love him though ♥️
I already knew as soon as the dude who cared got into a position with a decent amount of danger and death he was going to meet an unfortunate fate. I really hope each of those D bags gets what's coming to them.
This story actually tore me up a little bit. Didn’t help that I’m now just realizing he looks similar to both my brother and cousin. Poor thing. At least he is at peace now and I truly pray when his head hit the cement it knocked him unconscious. As for those 3 little sociopaths they need to stay in there for life. As Nikki was saying it wasn’t like they were some kids getting caught and then accidentally got into a horrific situation that they were devastated about, even if they didn’t mean to kill him they obviously showed absolutely no remorse or sympathy for him or his family. RIP Andrew ❤️
I live in the UK and this was a huge story, although I don't think I heard at the time how he died, or maybe I did and repressed it. The second MrBallen showed the photo it just made me dread whatever the details were going to be. It's truly tragic and it crushes me knowing that the group responsible seemed to get off on it, both in terms of their level of punishment and just their reactions to it (they honestly all deserve to rot in prison without ever again seeing the light of day), but as was pointed out at the very least Andrew Harper's memory will live on through the changes in legislation.
To be honest I think it would be better if they weren't sentenced. Here me out. This is an example of a case where at least in the place I live in those three bastards would meet the "public justice" so horrifying they would regret every single breath taken during their crime. Considering that the guy was loved by the community a similar reckoning would await them probably.
The thing that I would do if I get dragged like Andrew is if the rope wasn't tight on my legs, then I would take my shoes off when the car isn't going fast
So because of the title I decided to jump in here and throw out a completely unrelated fun fact loophole in laws. Technically speaking the act of cannibalism is legal but all the acts to get to the point of cannibalism is illegal. So I would imagine if someone consented to being eaten then it's legal.
No, if a consenting person dies of natural causes, it would be abuse or desecration of a human body, because technically under law your corpse is not your property. You can leave it as organ donor, but the things that can be done with your organs and the way it has to be done is heavily regulated. And under current US law you cannot consent to murder/assisted suicide. So killing a consenting man would still be murder, with the desecration/abuse charges added. Technically, if you find a country where assisted suicide, cannibalism and body desecration are all legal/decriminalized, that loophole would work, but not under US/UK law.
@@LoisoPondohva didn't really think about that honestly. I just noticed that and found it odd how eating human meat wasn't necessarily illegal. Why not just go the extra step and make that illegal if everything around it is already? To me it's just as odd as going after price gouging only when it's done on items that are considered necessary.
@@DisorientedWanderer well, technically there isn't a law specifically about eating human remains, but there is a law against "abusing or desecrating" human remains, and in 99% of the cases eating them would qualify. Like there isn't a law specifically against shooting someone with a crossbow, because "assault with a deadly weapon" already includes it, even if it doesn't mention crossbows once.
@@LoisoPondohva fair point. There's quite a few laws that are just more of a category thing rather than pointing at one thing in particular so it makes more sense now that I think about it.
Okay so I knew he was getting dragged by the details in the story but I thought he was being dragged by his neck not by his foot but still a sad and the criminals are just laughing it u like it was a game to them.
Me, listening to this. Seeing guy has a "yuyu Hakusho" shirt on. My adhd ass brain 'isn't that the anime that the main character got hit by a car? First episode'
No no, Nikki's right. His name is Jonathan B. Allen. I think everyone just started calling him Mr Ballen and he just stuck with it.
Yup
@Muh Election was stolen no. It’s John B. Allen

They should be given the death penalty.
@@Animebryan2 Agreed. They deserve the fear and pain that they left behind as they clearly don't care.
Hope they each get they boody took in prison

I bet there's a lot of people on the outside just waiting to show them some rough justice when they get out.
I just remembered this other Mr. Ballen video: "He experienced the worst medical screw up, ever!"
I've listened to this story probably 5 times and it still makes me cry everytime I hear it
You guys should check out Mr. Ballen's video on the Headless Valley in northern Canada, it's top tier creepy content.
It's times like these my opinion and stance on vigilante justice starts to waver...

Always looking forward to your John B Allen reactions guys! And Nikki looks gorgeous as always
What was the point of them going to jail to just be released? because we saw how they reacted to the whole thing and how they are around crime!
Yup Nikki is right 😂
Damn man this shit makes my heart ache.
She is correct. :-)
