Hi, I am so glad I found you. My best friend of 23 years passed away 2 years ago. We were doll collectors before I decided to make my own soaps and bath bombs. I am now disabled, and spend my time watching all the soap videos made by all of you very warm and friendly people. I enjoy hearing about all the little everyday things that goes on in your life, while watching the magic of oils becoming beautiful swirls, or flowery sheets of sweet smelling soap. Some people may not like all the chitchat that goes on while someone is being creative, but I certainly do. After all these years my husband is trained, and our children all grown. Enjoy every batch of soap you make, even if it doesn't always turn out as you expected. There is beauty in everything, just look for it. Thank you for letting me spout off. Have a really soapy day!
God bless you my mom used to collect dolls too and man she would spend like 400 for one doll I wish I still had one all her collect them to they all took them and I was disabled for 17 yrs and bed ridden for almost two years I absolutely hated that I couldn’t make soap or walk but now after 3 back surgery I’m now out of half my pain I’m praying I continue to heal and I started my soap business this is what truly saved me it gave me something to look forward two yeah for a couple years I would just watch videos read books and now I’m really doing it so don’t give up pray pray 🙏 you never know god is great
I love that size bar…it’s the size I make and it’s so much easier to hold on to in the shower than the larger bar. I think you should go with the smaller bars if you are looking for a change. Actually they aren’t smaller, they are normal size. Your usual bars are more on the larger size. 😊 Go with the smaller ones! It’s more economic right now as well..everything you make is beautiful. ❤️ I love your stories and personality! You are precious!
Don't worry about people that are negative or mean. Be yourself & do what makes you happy. My daughter in law is a born negative person & negative people are exhausting.
It’s just so good and we love you when you are talking and rambling. We enjoyed the short and sweet , but we LOVE the long ones! There is always something to learn from someone’s conversation, and we appreciate it. Back to the soaps Holly, I don’t know if you tried yet, the lather is just superior, it’s dense and fluffy and super moisturizer. It’s amazing for shaving and actually your recipe with just some stearic acid will make a wonderful shaving soap. The city I live in used to be a Town and we have lots of farmers and butchers places. I render my own tallow. You can get it very cheap and sometimes even for free and with the prices this days that help. Thank you for another great video!
Holly, these turned out amazing! I love the color in the cedarwood atlas/fir! It looked kinda yellowish in the making video, but here you can see the speckly green hue much better! I bet it smells awesome too! Of coarse I love peppermint and it turned out that pretty creamy whte color. I haven't made any soap in 2 weeks. Going a little stir crazy. I had to take a break though. I have ganglion cysts on my left hand and they've compressed the nerves causing a lot of pain. In my right hand and wrist, my rheumatoid arthritis is pretty bad, so I took a break. Yes, the cysts can be removed. Even being a nurse for almost 30 years, I still get unnerved at procedures, lol! I'm guttless, lol! In fact anymore if someone shows me a sore, I have pain! That sounds ridiculous, but I do. My sympathy for others, is off the charts. At the end of my nursing career, I even hated giving babies their vaccinations! Their cries just ripped at my soul. Which is the cheif reason I retired and in boredom, I started watching soap making on UA-cam 12 years ago. I jumped in feet, arms and legs. It basically cured my son's eczema. I was hooked. Of coarse you know I've gone on to a skin care business that includes soap. My last batch 2 weeks ago was for my sister. A small batch of 14 bars, just for her. I created a fragrance just for her. She called yesterday to ask if soap was finished. I said it's curing. Like you, I don't let anything go before 6 week cure. I agree it is so much better if you are patient and wait! 8 weeks is better, 12 weeks is awesome, but as business owners we do have to sell it, lol. We do need to recoop our investment! So yeah, 6 weeks is good! I hope your having an awesome summer. It's hot and miserable here too! It got hot early. So very little horseback riding got done. So looking forward to fall! I like to be outside but it's impossible right now! Loved this video. Take care Holly! See you in the next one! Jill
Hey! Holly that soap looks so creamy! And don't get me started on how adorable those sampler sets are! What a gorgeous present to buy for oneself and others! Thanks as ever. 💜
Hahaha... the minute a notification pops up on my phone, I HAVE to click on it so I can clear it. I once picked up someone's phone to help her with a specific issue and I noticed she had hundreds of notifications. She was so happy when I showed her how to swipe down on the screen to see the notifications and even more grateful when I showed her how to delete them either individually or all at once. She was over the moon! 😂
I am glad I am not the only one Ken! It would drive me so bonkers to have messages in the hundreds. But then, I'm not that popular to have so many. LOL
Im with you on lining with the freezer paper vs silicone liners! I hate lining my molds but I can't justify the prices of new molds and silicone liners! The soaps look nice and creamy!
Hi Holly, these soaps look beautiful and luxurious. I just ordered some soaps and wax melts yesterday from your rainbow extravaganza release, and I can't wait until they get here.
I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of the chit chat on almost any channel. But all the other content you provide is worth it to me. You make great soap, provide other helpful info & resources. Also, even though I don't personally like chit chat, I appreciate that you have a very likeable personality and your voice is adorable to me. I apologize if that's patronizing. You just have a very cute voice. You seem fun and interesting. The not liking chit chat thing is really just me. Sometimes I like to hear what you're saying with the chatter. Cause you are an interesting & very likeable person. The best part of it is getting to know you.
YES!!!! Figgy would be awesome!!!!! I like smaller bars because I have child hands and neuropathy... it really helps having smaller bars... BUT this is your business not mine... I do make my own alot if I cant get yours... either way we are all here for your products however you so choose... 💜💜💜💜💜💜
I love your videos. Since I, in no way, produce on your level, I prefer my larger bars - 1.25". I do understand the cost effective aspect. Your soap is just amazing.
Thanks for making your videos....I love watching and learning...I'm new to soap making still.i made a few batches...some were pretty good, one was really bad..I had to throw it away....
I like a little bit smaller bars because then I can change it up more often. Also, my nephews love picking out a different bar from my soap jar and I have to stop them because the current bar isn’t finished yet lol.
Love your videos and your side chatter! I got outvoted for my dogs name.. Maggi… I think there are 5 Maggis around our neighborhood. However for my daughter, I had her name in mind for years and was so happy when I found out I was pregnant with a girl. I named her Azalea. ❤
Also, I totally relate with the alcohol thing.. I always buy new stuff cuz I want to try it. Then I never drink the rest, so I have a bunch of open bottles, & it looks like I'm an alcoholic, but in reality Im just a taste tester. Lol
Hi from Florida! I really wish I had smell-o-vision! I use freezer paper for one of my molds, although lining the tall and skinny mold I have can be tedious, the benefit is that I can unmold the soap w/o squishing a corners! Lol! Although I do like the ease of silicone liners as well! Yes! Figgy cream in this size! These bars look great!
Thanks god your daughter make me feel normal again. I was sharing with my neighbor a soap I fragrance with lemongrass, thyme, lemon, litsea cubeba and rosemary and my daughter said” mom, you just made a seasoning soap! and that both started laughing. I love it though
I really do love the boxes but yes it’s way cheaper to wrap and label and play around wrapping with different papers to you can do so much more but I’m trying to learn how to make boxes on my machine lol but for now shrink wrap and foil wrapping it is 😂
Yes, I do like the boxes. The boxes are so much easier and less time consuming to package. I'm a little nervous about the paper part. Did I just sigh myself up for more work? lol
Soap itself just gets better with age if made properly and well. However, the colors and scents may fade over time. If you notice an off smell, some of the oils may have gone rancid.
Interesting fact for you that I have learned in the past year...70% isopropyl alcohol does a wonderful job sanitizing but it has to sit on things for 15 minutes to work.
Yes, indeed it does. The water in the mixture allows the alcohol to work. The higher percentages evaporate too quickly. For the most part, I just use it for clean up. When I need to sanitize, the items soak in the alcohol for usually 30 minutes or more.
I don't have this mold anymore but I am going to guess that it was a 18 in x 16 in x 5 in. I could be wrong because I am not taking the time to watch the video. LOL My bars are 3.5 x 2.5 x 1.
I rendered tallow in the house ONCE!!!! It friggin reeked the house out for days, 🤮🤢🤢🤮 Now I do it outside with an electric hot plate on an extension lead

You said your "husband is trained". What is he trained to do, fetch? LOL
Your studio looks amazing
Love watching you make soap and all the chatter!! You are absolutely brilliant and the sweetest thing ever. Bless you!
Awe thank you so much!
They look and sound beautiful for the skin. Thanks Holley for more wonderful soaps!
OMG, how I love that unmolding part=)) that paper sound. Delightful)))
I love the side topics and giggles! I don't like the short videos because there's no giggles! Great video Holly!
Haha! Thank you Karen!
Holly, you are so awesome, and so is your soap! Thanks for the recipe.
That soap is pure and so beautiful.
Thank you Pam! I really love how it turned out.
I like the smaller bars because I have small hands, and the sample sizes are great sizes for my grandkids :)
I'm so excited that you doing some natural soaps and using essential oils, how wonderful. Hoping you make more.
I love that size bar…it’s the size I make and it’s so much easier to hold on to in the shower than the larger bar. I think you should go with the smaller bars if you are looking for a change. Thank you Rhonda! I definitely think it's going to be a fun change.
Don't worry about people that are negative or mean. Be yourself & do what makes you happy. My daughter in law is a born negative person & negative people are exhausting.
I agree they are exhausting! I have gotten quite a thick skin but tend to me more sensitive in nature.

Classic, clean and beautiful bars xx
Thank you so much for sharing your crafting journey with us,
Just love your videos especially the chatty ones 💕
Hey! Holly that soap looks so creamy! And don't get me started on how adorable those sampler sets are! What a gorgeous present to buy for oneself and others! Thanks as ever. 💜
Thank you Sarah! I keep trying to convince others that they're awesome too. Haha!
Atlas is a god in Greek Mythology, so it’s pretty traditional. :) I think it would be a superb name for a dog. Atlas held up the world.
Well, yes, then...that would be traditional! Haha!
Hahaha... the minute a notification pops up on my phone, I HAVE to click on it so I can clear it. I like the 1 inch bars! Also the texture is amazing!
Thank you! YAY!
Im with you on lining with the freezer paper vs silicone liners! I hate lining my molds but I can't justify the prices of new molds and silicone liners! The soaps look nice and creamy!
I am glad I am not the only one! There is always a method to my madness. LOL
Hi Holly, these soaps look beautiful and luxurious. I just ordered some soaps and wax melts yesterday from your rainbow extravaganza release, and I can't wait until they get here.
Holly I too like the smaller soaps. I love the the size of your white Christmas bar from last year. Love the tallow in soap it's so creamy.
Thank you Diane! That's helpful from a customer for sure.
Love your videos and hearing your chats, I'm always ten subjects ahead of my husband too , stay safe and be happy
Thank you Carolyn! Haha, my mind is exhausting.

Thank you! Unfortunately for some, the chit chat just falls outta my mouth. Haha!
I love this slab to log cutter...
It's large and I love it ..
I do too. So good!
Love the soap sampler. Great idea
Thank you!
YES!!!! Figgy would be awesome!!!!! I like smaller bars because I have child hands and neuropathy... it really helps having smaller bars... BUT this is your business not mine... I do make my own alot if I cant get yours... either way we are all here for your products however you so choose... 💜💜💜💜💜💜
You can have custom silicone molds made to your box specific box measurements! I've come across more than one site online that offer this.
I love your videos. Since I, in no way, produce on your level, I prefer my larger bars - 1.25". I do understand the cost effective aspect. Your soap is just amazing.
Thank you Leona! I've always thought a wider bar wears down in use more proportionately but I am willing to change for now.
Thanks for making your videos....I love watching and learning...I'm new to soap making still.i made a few batches...some were pretty good, one was really bad..I had to throw it away....
Thank you!
I just ordered a sampler box, can’t wait to get it!
Thank you! I am so happy you did!
@@moriversoap problem is, now that I have it, I just want to look at them!!!
I like a little bit smaller bars because then I can change it up more often. Also, my nephews love picking out a different bar from my soap jar and I have to stop them because the current bar isn’t finished yet lol.
Thank you for the feedback! Haha...new soaps are so fun!
I currently have 3,961 unread email notifications 😆
Love your video and you chatting also like thec1inch bars best xx
Thank you Jayne! I appreciate it!
I love the side topics
Thank you Cindy! They sure do just flow out of me.
Love your videos and your side chatter! I got outvoted for my dogs name.. Maggi… I think there are 5 Maggis around our neighborhood. However for my daughter, I had her name in mind for years and was so happy when I found out I was pregnant with a girl. I named her Azalea. ❤
Thank you Cassandra! Oh Azalea is a beautiful name!
Can I just Pre Order a Copy of your husband?
You can ship him out with a Regular Soap Order... lol 😄
Also, I totally relate with the alcohol thing.. I always buy new stuff cuz I want to try it. Then I never drink the rest, so I have a bunch of open bottles, & it looks like I'm an alcoholic, but in reality Im just a taste tester. Lol

Yes! Figgy cream in this size!
These bars look great!
Thank you! You are right about the unmolding. I do prefer freezer paper for that reason.
I love your videos Holly. These looks fab! Don’t change your style it’s perfect. Can I ask why do you use tallow ? X
You should get different woodies type smells from the Flamming Candle company for your next soap line
Sounds like a fun release sometime.
My daughters favorite scents are lemon, basil and ginger. Do you make anything like that?
Did I just sigh myself up for more work? lol
Most of the boxes don’t fit my soaps or I would just use them lol but I like them all really switching it up is fun
I have soap that I made almost a year and a half or so ago maybe 2 is there a like a limit on how long you should keep soap
Soap itself just gets better with age if made properly and well. However, the colors and scents may fade over time. If you notice an off smell, some of the oils may have gone rancid.
What type of tallow do you use if you don’t mind if I ask. 💜💜💜
I used grass fed beef tallow.
Do you still have a link for your stainless steel pitchers? I can't find it in the description. It just looks blank to me.
The description on this video states that the stainless steel pitches she uses aren't listed on the web site she bought them from. 😟
I had to update that particular part because I had left some blank. Oops. However, I just cannot find anything quite like what I have.
What size are your molds, and what size bars are you referring to in this video 😢
I don't have this mold anymore but I am going to guess that it was a 18 in x 16 in x 5 in. I could be wrong because I am not taking the time to watch the video. LOL My bars are 3.5 x 2.5 x 1.
I rendered tallow in the house ONCE!!!! It friggin reeked the house out for days, 🤮🤢🤢🤮
Now I do it outside with an electric hot plate on an extension lead
Oh no! That sounds bad! I think outside is the way to go.
My middle daughter, who swore she would never have kids, is expecting her first child with her husband.... his name will be Atlas.
Now that is so cool! Congrats Melisa! I never was going to have kids either after working in a day care. lol
Beautiful, I know I would love both of those scents 🪵🌱 I also hate tabs open on my computer 😆
Thank you!
70th. 💋❣️💕💞💓💗💖💝💐🌹🌺🌷🏵️🍹🍸🥃🍷🍾🥂🍻🍺✌️🤗😊
Woo!
