there are many connections... and looking deeply we can find many connections in every religion... they have different poits of view and different starting points, but they have the same goal
We dont "feel" it per se because through life we acclimated to it....as if "it" were air. And therefore we just dont notice it.... it being the given sense of security that comes from being among others of like kind & like mind. When you would notice it, is if you were removed from it. As we never really appreciate the things that really matter until we lose them. It is human nature to take for granted that which we grow accustomed to, yet inhuman to realize this & selfishly continue to do so.
Of course it requires thought. Our fast-food world, however, doesn't enable us to spend some alone time and think about our existence.
