Wonderful instructions!! I have been making jewelry for many years and have always had issues making clasps, now i will always follow your method! THANK YOU!!
Here I am again! I haven't made these in a while and need a refresher. 🙃😊❤This time I am using the clasp part to make chain links for a necklace. Thank you!
I love this tutorial! Thank you for posting it, for talking us through the process, and explaining clearly. I love the look of these clasps. Very elegant looking. I never would've imagined I could make them myself. Your gentle encouragement gives me the confidence to do it.❤❤❤
Your teaching method was wonderful. You took us step by step. My clasp turned out beautiful and I will come back to this video if I need to relearn it later. Thanks!
Thank you. Your voice is so encouraging, and I really appreciate your work. I use 20 ga. sterling for clasps and so enjoy so much your patience. I think you are great.!
Superb Nidhi Mam . Very easy to understand and step.by step instruction. Thankyou so much for this video. God bless you abundantly in all respects. Tkcare.
Glad that I came across this. I always look at yours while watching the tutorials and long to know how to make them. Very helpful tutorial. So happy I found it. Tfs!📿💍🪡🪄💜🧡💚
the tutorial was so clear, thank you!! i really appreciate how you took the time to show each step with so much care, it helped me a lot as a beginner 🥹
well done, my sweet friend Nidhi, usually i make clasps and hook ear wire with artistic wire for a totally handmade, beaders must know how to do, and i think this tutorial very useful, love💖💖💖
Very helpful video, I have been making jewelry myself for some time, however had yet to try to make my own jewelry enclosures. Your instruction was so precise I was able to follow along and make the enclosures with ease.
Very nice instructions. However I have learned the hard way, to make the hook first and base the size of your attaching loop using the hook. I notoriously make my loops too small and then the hook won't fit in it.😣
Well explained and depicted, but there are some mistakes you are making. At 3:17 - Use Nose Pliers not Round Pliers. Make a bend in the wire at 90 degrees to Left side. Then take Round Pliers and position on top of bend. Make a loop going opposite way from the bend direction, going Right side. Adjust loop with Round Pliers to stand up straight. You went straight to the loop without the bend first. This is an important step. Without this bend, the loop will never stand up straight but flop to one side of clasp and if you try to straighten it, it will kink the wire or break. Don't use nail cutters to cut wire. Use Flush Wire Cutter Pliers. You don't have visibility or control with this substitute. 6:54 - Don't use Nose Pliers here. You need the Round Pliers for this curved bend or you kink the wire and don't get a smooth small curve. 9:26 - Use Nose Pliers not Round Pliers for the bends. The Round Pliers will not bend sharply but leave a curve. Wrong pliers. 10:18 - Add a 90 degree bend first with Nose Pliers, then use Round Pliers to make the loop on top of the bend. This technique you are doing is wrong. You are teaching the wrong method to others. You don't need practice to make perfect loops. You can make a perfect loop the first time if you do it the correct way. You need to learn before you teach others. If you want to teach others, have the right tools and methods, or you teach wrong. This may seem like small details but these are good habits that will yield better results. You have a gift for explaining things very well and good visuals. Just eliminate these mistakes and you will have a good teaching video. Thanks for the demo. Very nice clasp and I intend to make some. The measurements were very helpful!
The way of showing is very good nd nice but when using copper for jewellery it will turn black or dull isn't it ,other than copper which wire is durable?
What a sweet little nugget to happen across. I will watch this kind of video 3 or 4 times to try to get it all in.😂😂😂.
