The vasomotor baroreceptors when stretched (because of increased blood pressure) will fire more and decrease CO. But the cardiopulm baroreceptors when stretched (because of more blood volume) will fire more and increase CO?
increased blood volume will increase CO?? if the pressure is already high why would u increase CO and increase it more. Also, kidney autoregulatory mechanism aims to keep GFR constant with BP/CO fluctuations so how will increased CO reduce blood volume?
