I am so glad you did a vlog on the Speed Trainers. I was late into the game and purchased the OG 2 years ago 2021. I just couldn't get myself to wear them, because I just felt they were out of style and didn't know if I'd get my cost per wear.. However, I must admit, they were super comfortable. Podiatrist should look into prescribing the Speed Trainers as orthopedic shoes. Its the best kept secret with seniors. I still see a few people wear their Speedies, but not like it was when they first came out. I'm glad I returned mine. I don't miss them.
Kind of wish I had a pair myself but there are so many newer shinier things 😝

Would you recommend buying a size down? For example, In 99% of the workout shoes I buy, I'm a size 10.5, but I'm reading around that the Balanciagas are not exactly true to size.
I’m a true 8.5 so both 41 and 42 fit me in most Balenciaga shoes. I would go for your typical EU shoe measurement or size up if you have wide feet !
