My husband loves my postpartum body, but it’s so hard for me personally to accept. 5 kids in, I gained 60-70 pounds every single pregnancy. It takes longer and longer to lose it all after each one. I’m 10 months postpartum now and I’m just tired and worried I don’t have it in me to lose it all again lol. I’m down 20 but still have a long way to go and It’s hard!

I started working out 3 months after giving birth. I lost all the baby weight in 3 months. Being pregnant was an incredible blessing and couldn’t believe this little human came out of my body. You are a wonderful couple.

Yes it does, pregnancy act n ppl differently, we kw most women change doing n after pregnancy, for noka the change was rapid during preg,
I have a 1 year old and I miss my body before but I'm finding ways to challenge my self, and embrace my body now, like dressing nice more frequently...even going to places like the grocery store. But also coming up with a workout regimen and eating better has made me feel more like myself again.
Always be happy and be grateful for your body. It’s amazing to grow a whole human being. Blessing from God.

Pregnancy is soooooo beautiful! Nutrition management during that time is sooooo important also. During my first I gained 87 lbs and during my second I gained only 11 lbs total and the 2nd baby weighed more than the first. The right foods made the difference. Wishing continued happiness. Intermittent Fasting helped me a lot after delivery.... I had gone upto 120kg from 75kg but I did Intermittent fasting for 2 months and I'm at 86kg now ❤❤❤❤

Beautiful Naka! I am single and I don’t have children, but put on my weight of 50 lbs due to medications for essential hypertension, Strokes and diabetes. Very hard to lose even though you are eating clean. Who else can love yourself but you?
