Hi Anna it’s only Louise - I hope you’ve had a good weekend and that you have a great week - it’s been really really hot today I’ve got a portable air conditioning unit on that the centre has given me +2 fans going full blast - my MS really doesn’t like the heat but never mind. I’m just thinking really positively - once again I’m waiting for medication so soon as I’ve taken that I’ll settle down and what your Vlog/video ~ thank you for all your hard work in uploading and sharing these vlogs/videos ~ especially seeing as you lead such a busy life so a huge thank you - sending loads of love and loads of hugs to you all ~ Xxx Xxx

The lentil spag bol looks good. The chaos is hilarious. That you cruise around the kids and dogs floating in and out of the kitchen and no one gets stepped on, burned or hurt including you is a testament to how long you’ve been momming. lol. Minus one slipper stain casualty it’s freaking expert level. The amount of videos being filmed is apparent and impressive also. The work is layered and more clearly evident here and I saw the short of the matching outfits the other day. You guys work hard. Cracked me up with the “this is what we do to make our husbands happy” bit lol. Aka you were too tired to care and agreed lol. Your house reminds me of my bff’s house growing up. Her dad was Irish American and mom Italian American and she always had great Italian meals made from scratch and the house was always stocked with good snacks and desserts lol. We played like wild children and the younger sibs were always pestering to play also. Her mom always had an air of glam even in her shorts and tee as well. Your house is keeping the Italian Irish happy loving chaos going Hope you get to go sit in some summer sun before the season is over.
I love videos like this! I’m nosey and like to see what other people are eating. You cook very similarly to the way I cook. Lots of olive oil, salt and pepper and most veggies are roasted in the oven.
This is a really interesting video and I enjoyed it because I’m always looking for meal ideas for me and my little one. I applaud the pescatarian diet but I don’t think I could have that much fish in one week, I’d get sick of it. I’d recommend a bit more variety like maybe some more egg meals like egg fried rice for a varied protein option? More iron as well because you’re missing the iron from red meat, so perhaps adding more meals with spinach? The lentil spag bol looked great 😊
