Toyota Corolla 2E Engine Easy Mod To Increase Oil Pressure 100psi !!!

This is a very easy way to increase the oil pressure is cost almost nothing just make measure your washers i the increase i would be 3mm which 100psi of oil pressure full rpms if you install 2mm it will be around 70psi at max rpms this mods also works with any e series motors eg(1E 2E 3E 4E 5E engines) feel free to ask any questions.

yes it is but u will have to change to bell housing on the gearbox

estimating i put 2 washers with motul 10w-40, should go for 80-90psi right?

Yea it will be around that pressure but I would recommend 20w-50w Ive used 10-40 but it goes very thin fast

@@RuggedGarage though would it vary with the ambient temp of our locations? i live on a tropical country. also, recently after i took it to a local touge, it has no power when i put on the throttle more than 30% and also on 4k+ rpm could it be a dirty fuel issue?

Change the pump before it cost you a engine

Might be bad oil pump or too much wear on clearances.

hey mate check to make sure that the oil pump is still in good working condition. And i would also check the oil pickup and make sure nothing is blocking it and that the o ring is intact also check the oil relief valve. it sound like a oil pressure issue because you are not getting oil to the head or the filter it

2-3 washer is good for a na motor depends on if it high performance or not if not go for 2 washers

stock oil pressure at idle is 3.5kg(49psi) and at high rpms it goes to 5kg(71psi) using 20w-50w oil if you put 1 washer in it will increase to around 6kg(85psi)
