    Thank you for sharing such a delicious recipe....I made this recipe twice by now its just lipsmacking....any alternative for deep frying idlis??

      We can pan fry the idly pieces with little oil instead of deep frying even i dont prefer deep frying all the time thank you so much for watching :)

      Md Azar K make sure that the oil is too hot ..and secondly do not overcrowd the tawa instead fry it in small batches

      Use day old idly for this recipe dont use very fresh idly it will crumble and dont heat the idly and prepare with when it warm :)

    Hey dont fry the idli ..it will absorb so much of oil😱

      Day old frozen idli don't absorb oil try it.
