We can pan fry the idly pieces with little oil instead of deep frying even i dont prefer deep frying all the time thank you so much for watching :)

Md Azar K make sure that the oil is too hot ..and secondly do not overcrowd the tawa instead fry it in small batches

hi... when I fry the idli it sticks to the pan and crumbles... any suggestions???
Use day old idly for this recipe dont use very fresh idly it will crumble and dont heat the idly and prepare with when it warm :)

I use only nonstick wok or pan :)
I tried with the same procedure. But idli became sooo hard. Unable to eat,🙄
