Seriously? Can the two of you do more dinner videos together? I just love how you both work together and especially how Bunky cooks and answers your questions (and he asks for more cheese!). Love your happiness: it comes through your videos! ♥️
Awww thank you so much!❤️
I for one like when the both of you do recipes together!😊
Now I want a mimosa and a chile relleno!! Girl you killed it on this one!
Thank you!! Such a compliment coming from the Queen!🙌🏼🙌🏼
Totally enjoy the chemistry and happiness the two of you have in your kitchen! More men should participate like he does. Thanks for the videos!
Oh my goodness the food you make looks amazing! I’ve been hooked on your videos since I discovered you a few weeks ago. You guys seem so sweet!
Awww thank you so much!🥰
Love ❤️ the idea for breakfast with the eggs and sausage 👍
You guys are my favorite 🥰 I get so much dinner inspiration from you guys . Y’all have saved me and my husband so many times when we don’t know what to make . Lol ❤️

🥰
Can you show us a full vid on how he smokes the ribs. Recipe/how to use the smoker/how often to replace chips etc? Never used a smoker considering it
Just seeing this video for the first time..lol. that chili relleno bake will be great for my low carb dinner ideas! Thank ya'll!
Loved, loved this video! Hope you two do this every week! Everything looked delicious.
I love Chile Relleno’s too!
I don’t think I’ve ever been so early on any video ever. Love your what’s for dinners but I also love anything you make. So happy you’ve grown so fast. You deserve all the subscribers.
Chicken parm and RIBS!!!♥️🐾
If you put salt in before it boils sometimes it will scorch the bottom of your pan! LOVE your What's For Dinners!
Rachael Ray says to wait till water is boiling to put in the salt or it will scratch your pot
Good to know! Rachel Ray always knows best lol!❤️
Jessica O'Donohue my dad is a chef and teaches at a culinary institute and says this really depends on the type of cookware you’re using. Salt can actually make the water boil faster if you’re in a time crunch and it’s okay to do depending on the type of pot you’re using :)
Y'all are so Adorable! I love all your cooking Video's! Love Y'all
What type of peppers did you use for the chilli? Looks great!
Ya so funny love watching
Omg these dishes look amazing can’t wait to try!
Girl I am so glad I found your channel! You guys are such fun Southerners! I lived in Tallahassee for about 3 years are they were some of the most fun and happy people I've ever had the privilege of knowing. Your dishes look amazing and I've already written multiple recipes down to try.
WOW, WOW, WOW, You guys excelled yourselves with this weeks offerings !
Those ribs had me salivating !😋😋😋
Chicken parmigiano looked deeeelish. TFS my lovelies xx
Thank you so much!!🥰🥰
I stand corrected.. Bunky invented a Bunky chili Relleno casserole!! Kudos
Everything looks amazing!
yes u wait for the water to boil first then add salt...
Hey girl! I've been binging your videos, I love you guys!! Bunkey was right, salt conducts heat so it does help the water boil faster, BUT you shouldn't do it because the salt actually eats away at the bottom of the pan if you put it in first (this one I don't have as much of a scientific explanation, I just know it erodes the pan). Everything looks DELICIOUS, and I'm thrilled that I have so many of your videos to watch!! ❤️😁😁
I enjoyed the different recipes you shared!! I got a little lost after he wrapped the ribs in the foil 🤔 but they looked like they were delicious!!
I absolutely LOVEEEEE your channel!!!!
🤗😍🤗
Thank you so much!! 🥰
I will definitely try making the chili rellino soon
where is your sweater from in the intro, i need it!! love you and your videos
I did make the easy sausage casserole. It was yummy.
You two.. are so cute together.
Is there also cinnamon and cumin with the dry rub ?..?looks yummy ..love you two!
You guys are soo cute! 🥰 And yuuum! 😍
Jessica O' Donohuo. Love you
Hi I’m new to your channel, love the videos!!!
Thank you so much!!❤️
Whoever told you about that salt water took longer to boil is wrong. The boiling point of salt water is lower so therefore it boils sooner than plain water!
Speachless...those riiibbbsssssssss😍🎉🐃🐷❤💯🎯💣👅👊
The popping is the skin separating from the body of the pepper. Where are the eggs? Oh it is a casserole style.. Love this guy.. Love u guys.. Btw tht is more like BRUNCH yes? Lol. Kool rib game and the ocd bbq.
Good to know! Thank you!!❤️
I’m late to the game, but where is your top from in the intro!?
That was a lot of salt I agree but it looks delicious
Lol thankfully they didn’t taste too salty but it was a lot haha!
I'd love to make the ribs but we don't have a smoker
Rub Frenches yellow mustard on ribs first
When are y'all going to do more RV and camping videos
that salt tho 😂👍
I know!🙈😂😂
Yum 🤤🤤 I love y’all cook with me!!!! Do you ever do cleaning videos!? 🤷🏼♀️😂
Lol not usually bc I’m terrible at cleaning hahaha
Jessica O'Donohue haha ok darn lol 😂
Yayyyyy 👍👏😋
Where can I get me a bunky?
Is bunky his name or a nickname?😍🇨🇭
It's both of our nicknames!!
You can tell Bunny that you're supposed to salt the pasta water after it boils for two reasons. 1 the salt dissolves easier in the hot water. 2 adding salt before it boils could damage (pit) your pot. Everything looks delicious.
“I’m here for the cheese”. I felt that on a spiritual level 😂😂💕💕💕
Lol 2 funny
Everything looks sooo good.😋 I will be trying the chicken parm for sure. Hope you are save and sound from Hurricane Dorian.
You both are delightful! I am hooked on these videos.
I am a single person, and while I LOVE what you normally do, I’d also love to see what you cooked for just you too.. (you know… inspiration 🙂)
I rewatch all your old videos like reruns of my favorite show and “holy cowabunga, man!” Absolutely MUST be my new saying 😂😂😂
y’all can blister the poblanos on the stove top (it looks like you have a gas stove so just put them on the grate with the flame on) but it looks like you guys enjoy grilling outside ☺️ y’all are so cute and I enjoy watching these videos.
Loved this long video! Just curious - why wouldn’t you eat the poblano pepper casserole?
Lol I probably should have said that!! Only bc I’m the pickiest eater and I don’t like tomatoes or onions!😂❤️
When you cook pasta the water is supposed to be as salty as the ocean. Watch the Bon Appetit test kitchen videos. Bunky was right.😉
These are my favorite videos!! Glad they are back!! I know you are happy Bunky is home!
Yay! You're back with another WFD! 😊 You guys always make me smile! And yummy recipes, as always! 💜
You guys should add rice in the chili rellenos, I think the structure would help absorb the sauce so well!
"Bunkey comin in from the backside" lol so am i the ONLY one thats thinkin with a dirty mind? Lmao i just had to!
Btw yall are absolutely the most adorable couple EVER.... Y'ALL COMPLIMENT ONE ANOTHER BEAUTIFULLY.... ;)
Me & my shuguh 🐻 been 2gthr almost 10yr/6kids n goin strong! Im so glad i found ur channel bc u make ur videos so enjoyable (feels like we're there w/ya helpin y'all cook)....!!!!

#RelationshipGoalsForReal
Binge watching old videos when he said that I was thinking the same thing and laughed so hard!
I'm so excited to try that Chili Relleno type dish. My husband had diabetes, so the lack of breading/tortillas for this casserole is a plus! Everything looked fantastic though, just am especially looking forward to trying that. :-)
Chile relleno coating is actually egg batter so i think it is safe no? I'm wondering now..
you both are so cute also your home is always so cute and clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lol thank you!! I must just be hiding the mess well bc it’s def not always clean Hahahaha! I wish!🥰🥰🥰❤️
That Chile Relleno casserole looks amazing! I can't wait to make it one day next week
Bunkey says it’s still a work in progress but so so delicious the way he made it! 😋❤️
In Mexico we fry them and stuff with meat and cheese it’s soo good my fav dish
Just Subscribed to Your Channel. Love Your Bubbly Energy and Personality. You and Your Husband are the Cutest Couple. Cant wait to view all Your Videos. Much LOVe From Georgia
Omg yummmmmm
You two are so cute! I'm new to your channel and so far, have loved all the things you have cooked! With your pasta water, you want it to be very salty, like the sea, but wait for it to come to a rolling boil first, then add your salt, the salt dissolves better and it's less apt to "pit" the bottom of your pan that way.
Y’all be eating good!!
Haha yes!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
I would love this! I’ll have to tone this heat way down for his, mine not so much. Thanks for your recipes.
You two are the cutest! Your husband is adorable
“Y’all” make some yummy videos! Thank you. The ribs looked amazing and the chili relleno dip is going in my to do recipe file.
To make it easier on yourselves for your rib dry rub 8 tablespoons equals 1/2 cup. I always break it down because I lose count. Lol
The barbecued ribs potatoes look awesome too
Missed you guys!!! Grateful for this long video! Thursdays are my husband's first day of his work week and he works nights so I'm glad I can watch this with my newborn in arms and feel less alone ❤❤❤
So i just found your channel and love it! I have binge watched all of your videos. You are both so entertaining and wholesome to watch, and i love your dinner videos! 😊
Awww thank you so much!!🥰

@@jessicaodonohue you're welcome!
Happy Anniversary! It was our 15th yr anniversary on the 4th. Can't wait to try Bunky's chili rellanos.
Happy anniversary to you too!!
Just a real quick question for y'all...... "Where the heck did y'all find the youth serum!!??" Lol😮😅 I've been part of your community for a little while and I'm pretty sure I've managed to watch most of if not all your your current video's! Meaning they are 1 year or newer! ( And yes chasing you while y'all are "Chasing Sunset's" ❤But for real I just watched a video from 3 years ago and now this one dating 4 years ago and I also watched a more current video today but y'all don't age one bit!! Not at all! 😮 Really the only way I can tell besides looking at the description box how old or new your videos are is by checking your surroundings like the kitchen layout or what pickup and camper you happen to be in for that video! Cause girl and Mr. Bunkie AIN'T AGED A BIT !!
Best ever you & Bunky 👩🍳👨🍳🥰 next make chicken Piccata ❤️❤️RTR 🏈🏈🏈🏈 Mobile Alabama here ❤️🏈love Chile Relleno Open a Restaurant you Guys 🎃😋
You two are tremendous! Cooking fools! Wouldn't surprise me if FN came calling...only half kidding.
Hahaha thank you girlfriend!! That would be a dream haha🥰🥰
Wow! 😝🤩🧑🍳👍💯 he’s a master griller! He’s a really terrific helper. Really enjoyed the demonstration on how to grill ribs. Would like the ingredients to your Mimosa 🍹
Just an idea for Mr. B for his sauce/salsa he made for his Chili Rellano Casserole. Consider roasting your veggies (tomatoes, onions & garlic in the oven before making your salsa. Even a little (a little not a lot) of char on them really adds to the flavor. The inclusion of the ground beef is new to me, but I like the idea. My casserole uses both Monterey Jack and cheddar. Sometimes I add some roasted veggies in the center. Once everything is in there pan I pour a sauce made from condensed milk, eggs and seasonings over everything using a knife to make a few holes for the liquid to deep into everything. Then bake. It is so creamy and cheesy.
I top mine casserole with the same sauce I use when I make from scratch my chili rellanos. These are the ones where the chilis are stuffed with Jack cheese then dredged - but it's a little different from a normal dredge. First the stuffed chilis are rolled in flour then dipped in the fluffy egg mixture. (The whites of the eggs are beaten until stiff. Then the whisked yolks are folded in with 3 TBSP of flour (for 7 eggs). The floured chilis are rolled gently in this egg mixture (which mounds onto the chilis and covers them completely. Then into a skillet with oil to cook until medium brown. I put them on several layers of paper towels to drain. Once I have a baking sheet full I remove the paper towels and bake in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes. Once plated they are sprinkled with cheddar cheese then my hot Rellano sauce is ladled over the cheese. Oh, these are soooo good. I use the same sauce for my Mexican omelets too.
For the sauce, in a large pan, put 1 or 2 large cans of fire roasted whole tomatoes, 1/2 to a whole can of tomato sauce (whole can if using 2 cans of tomatoes) and 2-3 large yellow onions sliced into curved pieces, 2-3 green peppers, cleaned, deseeded and cut into strips. Crush the tomatoes with your hand. ( You could use diced tomatoes but this is supposed to be about the onions and peppers. In whole tomatoes you get more juice and not as much solid tomatoes.) Sometimes I need to add one or 2 of those 6 oz cans of tomato juice depending on how long I simmer it.. (The onions and peppers will create more liquid as they cook). Add salt and pepper to taste. I always add 1½ - 3 tsp of Louisiana hot sauce and a few sprinkles of cayenne. Bring mixture to a boil then let simmer for at least an hour. The vegetables will soften. And impart their flavor into the sauce.
Notes: 1) I often make more sauce than needed. It keeps about 1½ weeks in the fridge. I top scrambled eggs with it. I've been known to well drain some of the pepper and onions and add them inside an "adult" grilled cheese sandwich. (That's one with good interesting bread and a few different cheeses.). 2) The real rellanos with the browned egg batter freeze very well. (With the browned egg batter they resemble small cooked fish. LOL) FREEZE FLAT. Then you can stack them in freezer bags. 3) For a Mexican feast with friends make rellanos and freeze. Make enchiladas and freeze. On day of fiesta remove food from freezer at least 4 hours before. To serve reheat in oven. Make fresh Rellano sauce. Too with grated cheddar cheese. And serve with the sauce on top. It will be juicy. Fix refried beans and Mexican rice as side dishes. Since this is a bit of a heavy meal serve orange or rainbow sherbet and a sugar cookie for dessert.
I started doing dinners for 75 people at my father's lodge using this method. Year after year the numbers increased once word got around. The last one I did had 114 people. Everyone gave rave reviews.
Yes, this requires a lot of pre cooking. I prepared rellanos one day and enchiladas the next. My freezer, and my neighbor's freezer, were full. But on dinner day preparation was so easy. Being frozen transporting them to the hall was much easier than if they had been freshly cooked. These reheated in oven perfectly. Fix the sides and serve.
Hope you try these.
Watch YT Channel Rachel Cooks with Love! She has a lot of great texmex recipes! She explains step by step! You will Love her! We will be trying her Plobano/Cilantro Spaghetti! It sounds so good!
Chile Relleño’s are usually made with chicken but I guess whatever your preference. When toasting the chili’s any type of iron grill pan or bb&q will go the job as long as you toast for a period of time where the piping sizzling noise stops and you here more if a hiss then you have reach maximum Hispanic authenticity flavor in the chili Pasilla chilie but in your case it’s a poblano chili or it looks like it but I have heard of people using them as well but it’s really your preference as well. You guys are so amazing in trying all new goods in different cultures which is great 👍 so hats 🎩 off to Bunky. 😊🧑🍳💯
Oh my God...I couldn't recognize your husband there for a second 🤣🤣🤣what happened to his beard 🤣🤣🤣I just love u guys
Looks good! Watching a few older videos to catch up. Just came from watching Mackenzie's page. Can't wait for Fridays videos.
I seriously want to try them all, but definitely your chicken Parmesan. Omg! I almost didn’t recognize bunky without his beard.
Jesica? Where’s that crazy vida laugh 😂of yours?!! Wink wink was it the drink you made that made you more serious ? I still think your delightful anywho.
The chicken parmigiana is good, I’ll give you that! But the same can get old . What else can we come up with. Chicken is getting old . Maybe chicken with a Mexican vibe! White chicken cheese enchiladas! They are delicious! Tell Bunkey we can tell he ate it all!! Lol
Tomato’s should be boiled .. just saying 😊 I guess their are different ways and style’s of doing it like making a batter and frying it or baking it or in some case both but it’s more healthier if you lightly toast it then bake it so I really think 🤔 Bunky did a terrific job do thumbs up for Bunky.😊💯💯
Good God, Mr! Please place a dish cloth or even a damp paper towel under your cutting board! When I saw u chasing the board around trying 2 cut those tomatoes, I nearly had an aneurysm! B safe.
Jess, I you put aid on the pot, it will come to the boil much faster. Rule of thumb for pasta water, it should be as salty as the ocean, so you did good B. Love y'all and your channel! Pam in South Carolina
Watching some of these older videos and y'all are 😂 ! Just a tip. In this video. I noticed your white baking dish. Have one just like it and it had those same stains around the top from cooking spray. Try a magic eraser to take them off. Works wonders!
Yes fresh water boils sooner than saltwater, and yes saltwater has to reach a higher temp to boil. But here's a tip. Cover the water, it will boil sooner. "A watched pot never boils." So cover it! LOL
We pan fry our rellenos after we bread them with pancake batter or crushed saltine crackers. Try coating those chili’s in pancake batter, cook them in a skillet then layer in the casserole. That should soak up a lot of the juices after baking and help bind everything together.
Dinner with the Bunkies 😁😁😁
I love you guys but start making your own dressing. It's fresh and cheaper and you have a palette. And there are so many preservatives in the packaged stuff
