Pelican Hip Soap From Japanese Review WORTH IT or NOT???

Hi Sweeties today I'm gonna review whitening soap from Japanese which is quite famous because I've heard this brand many times but didn't know worth it or not so here my opinion and review about this product:D

For me it does not work since I didn't leave for 5 minutes. I know this step afte finishing the soap. It work if you follow the step and I also recommend you use kojic asid soap.
