Watching you just dive in…so cool…this passion of yours. That last place feels like the version of an ancient book shop that still keeps going & collecting so many treasures. Queens food. Ruh roh…
Oh my sons would love that Nintendo store. That's awesome you went to FAO Schwartz - as you know we love those movie locations! It's funny, Brad is usually two steps ahead of me - my short legs just can't keep up🤣 Great video, thanks for sharing these shops with us.
Awesome guys! First time I've seen Hinokuniya and Line Friends, may have to check these places out! Midtown Comics and FAO Schwartz are staples! Glad you guys got to go to them! Can't forget the Nintendo store.. lol.. Also, Gener wants to visit Toy Tokyo now lol.. happy weekend guys!
What amazing places. I loved the old Game Nintendos. Some amazing toys in these stores. Huge book store. 8:17 These are amazing toy shops, thank you for sharing Nabol and Maria. I have been to New York 3 times and never considered entering a toy store. Have a great weekend. 🙏🏼🤗👍🏼
Yes, Nabol and his toys!!! I need a transformer for my back yard!!!! You need one of those episodes where NY Nabol meets Colorado Nabol!!!! Oh man, I miss Time Square. Did you end up buying that giant Bear? Nintendo Store is where I would want to bee at, I still remember playing Mario Brothers for Christmas as a kid!!!! Most memorable gift ever for sure.
Canal St was Lieles home, he used to spend hours there instead of being in high school hahaha Chinatown has so many treasures as well as Flushing. Maria, I like those too!
Never been in Line friends but seems really cool and a must-visit for us too! The Nintendo store is awesome, so many memories of the past. Fao closed in 2015, it was such a sad moment for many of us in the city, very cool that they reopen in Rockefeller Plaza. Nabol has a special light on his eyes while visiting these places.
Oh yes, he does! He had to leave all of his toys in NY when he moved to PR and has spend a good portion of his life getting back his old collection of toys. :-)
Oh man a magic area, that's where I would be. Did you guys have any issues filming at these stores. For some reason, indoor stores are more picky about people filming. Not sure if you guys had the same experience? Such a huge store for comics!!! Nerd Carl would have loved all these places.
This vlog is all about fun! Great guide for people who want to toy collect in NYC.
