These people bought these lands when one else thought this was a forest and didn't see the value of it. Now that the place is opening up, they are very happy to showcase it for the fact that Marshall is fast growing currently and is becoming the hotspot for more residential properties.
They didn't steal it from nobody. No didn't have to. Land in Marshall 20 years ago was as cheap as $100 per acres because the place was overlooked and thought to be a bush area. They're now a happy land owner and that's why they're proudly showcasing their property.
