this is so so beautiful this what we need in Liberia 🇱🇷 and this what we want to see on social media not our ancestors houses God bless him with God all things are possible
Nice development my brother, this is the type of housing development we need in Liberia, I'm very impressed with your project, God bless you...Hope Liberians engineers should take notes and put more time and skills in their housing development, because of the housing they be building are very ugly and poor qualities.
Oh my gosh!! They are beautiful!!!! As an African American living in Florida, I LOVE the modern, sleek designs. I would like a bigger house BUT! I could see myself living there for awhile. The Ocean!!! What county is this community being built in?
So why do the video, the price of the house wasn’t included. I also noticed that you don’t pay attention to detail, if you notice when going up the stairs the guy talk about the window and the high ceiling. You as the realtor should notice thses detail and talk about them. So please learned some realtors ways for describing properties. Thanks just an advice.
Value your country, stop thinking that everything should cost less because it’s “In Liberia”..value the person time and money spent to build their development..
thanks for the reply, i call the US number no one answer I also try leaving voice massage.I could not because the phone is filled. @@AfricaThroughMyLens
This is nice, but please build 3-4 bedroom houses, and not 2 bedroom houses, unless someone wants it, because 2 bedroom houses are gonna be hard to sell. The kind of people that have the financial capital to buy will not want to buy a 2 bedroom house for an exorbitant price.
I don’t get the 2 bedroom houses. Liberians have big families. Every house needs 4 + bedrooms at least. People come over etc that’s a huge stumble block. Love the home ,but it’s just too small
Well those of us that I Liberians, will return to our beloved Liberia. No Nigerian will come to Liberia to develop or live.Foreigners only come to exploit and go back to their countries.
Why are you doing these videos because you are very unknowledgeable about building or building material. Take some time to become educated than come back online more informed

Build smaller buildings in similar style and design to build more and also elevate the buildings toward the sky at least seven floor maxim.
