Anthony Parkinson my guess...watch the in the bathroom with Sali Hughes. Note the product she has at home. That was years ago. Multiply by 10, as it’s only the product she has at home. Then multiply that by how many years ago that was. I’m sure we could find an equation to figure it out 🤔

I love using the balm in the evening for a first cleanse, and the second cleanse part as a morning cleanse, and if they did them in separate pots that'd be awesome too :D

I just had to share this. I sat down to watch this video next to the hubby on the couch, I was using AirPods because he was working. A minute or so into the video he asked if I was watching The English Skincare Goddess. I replied “yes, why do you ask?” His reply, “you always give a contented sigh and actually sit down to watch her.” He knows me so well.

I love your " meh" eye cream, the Clinique all about eyes rich. I have dry under eyes & it's the only eye cream I've found that combats it. I totally understand how it would be too heavy for majority of people. So lovely to see you back Mrs H xxxx

Don't know why, but I get on MUCH better with La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 than with Zelens Z Recovery Balm. Just an idea for anyone on a budget, as it's a fraction of the cost of the Zelens!
lavien'estpasunlongfleuvetranquille LRP cicaplast balm is a miracle worker, completely agree. Tried so much stuff, more expensive, always come back to this if the skin feels sensitive or just doesn't feel good. My whole family uses it in case of emergencies. Great stuff.
La Roche Posay is great! Used it a week IPL on my hands and had really good results.
Also the Avene Cicalfate was a good budget one for me

If it makes you feel any better, I've used most of the range and the only product I've repurchased is Power C (I like Power D too, but can easily live without it), because I find I get better results from other brands!

There is one product in a *similar-ish* fashion, never picked up or reviewed by any of the English beauty bloggers, but a product I adore. Company is a French brand called Ixxi, the product is Ixxi Sublixime Silky Balm Cleanser. Fabulous product. (update - OH NO!! The company is folding!! I used to raid pharmacies when I'd visit my sister in Geneva, and travel to France. OH!!! it was a fabulous line at an excellent price point. Gutted they're folding. There are a few websites still selling products, google Ixxi skin care and you'll find a few.)

Absolutely loved this vid. Since I have mature skin everything I look for in skin and makeup are thin in consistency. I’m so happy to hear you say this. It seems the thicker it is the more it just sits there. I really wanted to like the belief cream but found it to thick. Thank you Caroline. I’m going to look into some of these products specially the DCL EYE CREAM. Hope I can get it in 🇨🇦. 🙏😘😘❤️

Would you please do a video on skincare products/routine for people in their early 20, regarding prevention of premature aging, and what type of products should you use that would help with first signs of aging such as fine lines around the eyes, to avoid jumping into using products that might be way too harsh for younger skin.

not anymore, we have been embargoed by Sephora USA! And the French one, not only does not translate properly but doesn't carry half the stuff your stateside ones do. So peeved about this i can't rant about it enough!

Caroline, I could not agree with you more about D.E. marula oil. That stuff is life-changing. I wasted so much time and money on Josie Maran argan oil products and they never quite "fit". Marula oil works with everything. I overdid it with some retinol/glycolic products a couple of weeks ago, and marula took down the irritation overnight. Fabulous stuff.

Please could you do a more specific cheat sheet on what order serums should be used in. I did not realise hylauronic acid should be last before moisturiser, also when should an essence be used? If I’m using collagen and a retinoid (mild) do I mix them or put one before the other? If I was to start using a mineral booster where would it go in a routine? Should I be using an anti oxidant? What is it for?
Sorry one small request turned into a barrage of questions but any advice is much appreciated!
Bex Smith Hi there, if you’re using a retinoid it should always be the first thing to go on your skin after cleansing & acid. I hope someone else can help with the rest!

Hi, I would really like to see an updated video on exfoliating acids. I am a bit concerned because Dr Marko Lens said that glycolic acid was thinning for the skin and made it more sensitive to sun exposure. Super long video from Caroline on a Sunday, JOY !!! Thank you.
First, you're so great! :) I'm now confused... I was always told Hyaluronic Acid needs to go first to penetrate deeper and also as you're meant to go from light to heavy, it should always go first. Also, my retin A and Vitamin C
are much thicker so I'm wondering, what is the best way to use it after all?
Hila Adar Hey sweetie, I was told as per a skincare routine via on the box it says Daytime first vit c , eye cream, hylaluronic then always SPF of at least 40 to 50. At night time mine says to do the retinol, eye cream and then your moisturizer. Of course you will have different products but ask Caroline if she recommends using vit c during the day mixed with retinol because I heard not to. I hope she answers your questions for you sweetie. I am only in testing. xo🙏🏻❤️

I know that Deciem is a forever banned in your eyes but as far as eye “creams” go, Niod ‘s FECC is the best eye treatment I ever tried.
