My brother in law bought a kangen water machine and fell totally victim to all of the harmful beliefs that are pushed. The man attempted to convince myself as well as others that drinking the water would replace the need to take medications for mental health, cure chronic illnesses, replace vaccinations, and could even replace traditional cancer treatment. When my partner and I lived with his brother we found his book filled with notes that he would take during training or business classes. He had pages full of advice on how to use peoples struggles, traumas or illnesses to sell water machines/the bottles of water that he would make to sell. I believe that he was already struggling with mental health issues of his own prior, but the rhetoric that is pushed in this MLM only worsened him. After we tried to talk to him about what he was doing and how wrong it was, things became very volatile. We moved and have had nothing to do with him for almost 2 years. It caused a massive rift between other family members and my brother in law as well. It is truly so disgusting that people are profiting by taking advantage of other people.
Ugh, I have a "friend" from high school who sings opera and thinks she's a spiritual coach that can help you "cure" your trauma. "Somatic embodiment modalities " is a psychotherapy thing for people who i assume have a "wounded" inner child from trauma in childhood. Examples of the modalities are meditation , energy healing. Often, I just watch your videos because I so enjoy the way you react to things! And I mean that in the best possible way. I first got into anti-mlm content on UA-cam via Hannah Alonso (no idea why her video was a recommended video as I had not searched anything (anit)MLM anything) and I am enjoying many of these creators, but your reactions (as in the way you react) is by far my favourite because you don't hold back LOL. As someone who has ADHD and ASD, I often respond to things like that myself :D Your 'no bullshit' responds are just wonderful! Oh and I find that these MLMers so a lot (of words) without actually saying anything...kinda like politicians LOL
is she shouting across the room into her airpods mic or what? what is this sound setup? you'd think if she was a whiz at monetizing her social media she'd know that proper peripherals are a necessity...
I know they are trying to sound smart when they talk in this... odd way but I swear they're also being intentionally vague and confusing to make other people feel like if they sell their top secret filters they'll magically understand all the vague big words.
I think she means reconnecting with her physical body to heal past trauma. I’d be curious what modalities she’s referring to. There’s definitely research into the connection between the brain and body in trauma, and people do often feel disconnected from their physical self (dissociation). Idk why she needed to phrase it in a way no one would understand though lmao. I’m a therapist and I still needed to google.
Agree! *also a (trauma specific) therapist* a lot of the terms she used are clinical/ wouldn’t necessarily expect a lay person to use/toss out - I understood what she was saying - but it was interesting to hear it that way from a non-peer in a non-clinical setting.
Love your channel! It has helped me so much to move on and not feel ashamed and get some great laughs!!! Yes my name is also Sabre but i am not the one in the video 😅

I did yoga teacher training, so I could learn how to bring mindfulness and movement safely to my clients in my occupational therapy job, and some of the people in the training were so similar to this lady. So many of them went through, like one trauma, or one course and then did this yoga teacher training and then wanted to market their lived experience in this way. I had to get away from the yoga teacher, space and only use my training with my clients because this Woooooo stuff was too much for me.
I'm so confused.... They're selling water filters?? I thought this was for something else for sure. She is talking about sex and self help. What does that have to do with water?

Glad to know the “power dynamic” between my husband and I is utterly terrible according to these Boss Babes. Yeah, my husband makes a shit ton more than I ever will and I am financially dependent on him. I am also chronically ill and can only ever work very little hours or I risk going into a flare and putting myself back into the hospital. Has my husband ever made me feel guilt over this? Never. He’s the one that recently convinced me to cut my hours further so I could concentrate on my health because his greatest wish is “to grow old together” (what a monster, am I right ladies? 😂). It’s bad if you are financially dependent on an abuser who lords their earning capacity over you, but if you are in an equal healthy relationship it’s fine. Also, way to throw unpaid labor under the bus. Cooking, cleaning, finances, child care etc is valuable work and should be respected even when it doesn’t bring in a paycheque.

I have done odd jobs here and there but my husband has always been the financial provider for our family and I can promise you he would tell anyone and everyone who asks that if anyone is in charge its me but we choose to be partners cause that's what you do in a HEALTHY relationship. . Good loed this person got me fired up!!!
I’m pretty sure listening to these water filter ladies just made me stupider.
Yay! My new favorite 😂. Enjoying this video while I drink my trash Aquafina water that is likely filled with garbage😂😂.
I'm 3 min in and I've cringed so much I think it will replace my daily workout
Word vomit and big words and nonsense. Running circles around made up BS they think sounds fancy and educated.
I really love how your unpacking this stuff
💖💖
This video reminds me of junior high when our journalism class had to take turns pretending to interview people.
Yesssss!!!!!!
Is it just me or did she use word salad to cover up that her boyfriend was a dealer?
is she shouting across the room into her airpods mic or what? what is this sound setup? you'd think if she was a whiz at monetizing her social media she'd know that proper peripherals are a necessity...
I know they are trying to sound smart when they talk in this... odd way but I swear they're also being intentionally vague and confusing to make other people feel like if they sell their top secret filters they'll magically understand all the vague big words.
PER LIKE SUCH AS - Chelsea. I've got tears omfg
It’s my favourite when Chelsea says ‘First of all.. how dare you?’
“People who have Cheeto fingers” lol the commentary today was on point
😂😂😂 You're killing me Chelsea. You're freaking intro is hilarious
A lot of it is practiced by unlicensed (or licensed by sketchy skools) people, that's for sure.
Love your channel! It has helped me so much to move on and not feel ashamed and get some great laughs!!!
Yes my name is also Sabre but i am not the one in the video 😅
I get it. I had a partner once in the methamphetamine industry & I worked for him too but he almost blew up the trailer & got busted while I was out at the Walmart so he’s locked up now & this lady has a crystal clear plan she has been able to verbalize to get me back on my feet.
Saber tooth holla at me girl
….wait, what?
@@JennWhyte31 lol she said she dated someone in the cananabis industry lol I’m joking it was sarcasm lol
@@GretchenTheGreat😂 funny
You're hilarious 😂😂
“Jade eggs in your cooter”😂😂😂
Financially sovereign? You were right. They flat out found a thesaurus and replaced every other word like god damn.
chelsea i love watching your videos while i work on my paintings!
Love that! Send me a dm on IG of what you’re working on I’d love to see it
I love the rebranding of things lol. Corporate entertainer and “in the cannabis industry”.
If you work with cannabis more then likely you do say cannabis industry when you're in a somewhat professional setting. If you're with you're people you just say I work with weed lol
Right??? 😆 Heard that and thought "working as a bud tender at your local rec shop is barely the 'cannabis industry'"
You make me literally lol. Love ya, girl! Keep doing what you are doing. 😘
Them sitting next to each other on a bench gives me the vibe “your table’s ready”. 👩🍳
I feel like this gives the same vibes as culty christians wanting to “share their testimonies”
Like Ruby Franke and Jodi Hildebrandt.
"We live in capitalism. Its power seems inescapable. So did the divine right of kings. Any human power can be resisted and changed by human beings." -Ursula K. Le Guin
(Capitalism and money have not always exist and we as humans do not require them to organize ourselves.)
“Take your hands off the wheel,” ma’am I’m going 70, I think not!
This is wild.... Wtf am I watching? What are they talking about?!😅
Lol the amazing podcast If Books Could Kill did an episode about Rich Dad Poor Dad. That book is a joke hahahaha
She’s a conscious entrepreneur. I’m excited for her that she’s conscious right now. 😅…also, did she say “womb recognition”?? I’m sorry, whaaat??
I like how they tried to just brush over the debt. Lady, your bank isn't going to accept that your debt is going to improve your future if you don't have the $$ to pay your rent. No wonder she used to live in her car.
Words that are red flags for me: season, beautiful, powerful, empowerment, intention, attraction, manifesting, entrepreneur.
And I kid you not, I LITERALLY just had a discussion with my dad the other day and he told me I should read Rich Dad, Poor Dad because he believes in all that crap and will do ANYTHING to avoid going to therapy.
Your humor is my favorite 😂
This is comedy gold!! The feathers....OMG, I can't breath....🤣🤣🤣
I'm so confused.... They're selling water filters?? I thought this was for something else for sure. She is talking about sex and self help. What does that have to do with water?
A feather factory would not hire her, they know they'd missing a whole bunch of stock all of a sudden.
I’m just hanging out drinking wine and living for Chelsea’s facial expressions. “If you are insufferable, you are not good et marketing!” ~Chelsea. NOTED 🍷🍷
Sabre is definitely a pole dancer, bringing other pole dancers into Secret Water Filters.
And good for her (for pole dancing)!
@@maryeckel9682 I’m sure her kids are very proud.
"We all can't be hinged." 😂
Why do I feel like her partner held their income over her head? How else do you explain the weird conversation about the power dynamic?
Thank you for this. Because I’ve seen this going around and the checks they are getting and I’m like hold up what is this ???
Your outro cracked me up today. I needed that, thank you.
I've never heard somebody use so many words to say absolutely nothing. She's ridiculous!
