Wow, awesome video and just the video I have been looking for, my brother and I have been experimenting making Boudin Balls and I love the way you did these they look fantastic. I never considered using the Blazing Cajun Seasoning but I love spicy and I can only imagine at how good they were. I have everything on hand to make these! (Except the fancy seasoning blends ;) ) I'm totally trying it this week. We are gluten free, but I'm sure I can figure out a batter :)

@@lindseymakes5364 same here. We normally cook all week anyway. We are one of the only food businesses that stayed open in our town during all this so as you can imagine we've been incredibly busy. Just this week the quarantine was lifted but most stores are still closed. Interesting times we are in....
