Today we talk about some question asked in the last 2 weeks.
First it is the setting problem, happened on DPS5020 and RD6024, they find the device output will be turned off when they just press the ON/OFF button, the icon on the screen is important, you can see there is a OVP button, so that is error is caused by the over-voltage protection function, there is a setting called OVP(over-voltage protection)/OCP(over-current protection), you can check it in the setting page of DPS5020, or on the main page of the RD6024, it is used to protect the load. So that you can see if the OVP value is 5V, but they set over 5V output, when they turn on the output, the device will turn off the output to protect the load. You can adjust this value so that the device can work normally.
The other question is about the USB meter, sometimes you may forget how to use the device, since it is bought a long time ago, like this UM25, if you set it to Chinese display by mistake and forget how to set it back, , you can download the instruction at the product page, there is introduction about how to use it, or you can contact us, we can make a short video to show you how to set.
