Thanks for video. Does the spray head have magnet to stick to the spout? (It doesn't look like it)

I would flush the water out before putting the faucet head on in case any debris larger than the mesh filter clogs it, just a thought

Yeah, the instructions do say to run hot and cold water for 15 seconds each before putting the faucet head on, and I would personally run hot water for like 1 minute with the faucet head installed just flush out any contaminents

The way how the faucet is connected to the countertop looks extremely flimsy.
Bad design from Moen.
I bet the whole construction with broke from the very first careless touch....
