Yes, she's guilty of drinking too much thus the terrible voicemails and textd. That was the liquor talking. John was killed in the Alberts basement. Nagal gal, Brian Jr's friend, didn't leave till 2am. I find it difficult to believe she knows nothing.
Lie detector tests for all the Alberts, Higgins and McCabes.

Lally did a fantastic job of exposing the absolute incompetence and possible corruption of the Canton Police Department to an international audience. If he really believes that it takes a second round for everyone, from major cities to the smallest hick town in Switzerland, to realize that this county is truly incompetent and corrupt, then go for it.

Dirty cops and a dirty judicial system.

What’s the point? I could write a book on just every single lie that the prosecutors called up on stand. My question is why didn’t the jurors know there was two FBI guys that testified? I got a feeling they bring this back. A lot of other people are going to be going to jail for perjury and the FBI still isn’t done with their investigation. Maybe the Stoughton police officers and the Canton police officers should all get together and go fly away because they’re all gonna end up in prison together probably.

The foreman is a retired cop and did whatever Bev wanted him to do. But a cop does not talk like that. The judge or someone else wrote the jury letter to the judge. Also Bev allowed Lally to bring the McAlberts into the courtroom during closing statements in order to intimidate the jurors. I'd like your guest judge to address that.

wonder if next time if lally will call all these witnesses to ask where they sat at the bar and tell us how the couple were getting along fine and no one witnessed the event and call girls from an aruba trip that didn't witness it either. and use she must have done it because she swore in aruba and didn't want to be a babysitter with benefits and didn't take her shoes off so she must have did it.. and call in the medical examiner to tell everyone the injuries aren't consistent and the cause of death was undetermined.

A short sided view point. The case is done when it is dismissed or KR is found not guilty. Lally needs to be fired. Proctor needs to be put in jail!

Let them try but who knows what else the federal investigation will throw out,Morrissey might just end up with egg on his face for the second time, the da and especially Morrissey should concentrate on apologising to the family of John o Keefe for the shoddy investigation and incompetence of their officers who did nothing to investigate this properly it was a sham and total disrespect to a fallen officer, they should all be ashamed

There's no explanation possible about the jury members who were on the guilty side, except that they were strongly biased to the police community or agains KR (perhaps paid or indebted to someone involved in the frame up) or they were plain idiots. No sane, normal person starting in the neutral mindset could have looked at the evidence and testimonies and not see a mountain of reasonable doubt. Take away the names, genders, origins and professions of people involved and look at just the evidence, there is no proof the victim was actually hit by a car, and plenty of evidence to the contrary. I've never seen a judge try to railroad a conviction in any trial, this was a first and it was shockingly obvious. I wonder how the judge and the jury siding with guilty feels today after seeing the breaking news of Proctor being relieved of his duties and rehomed, just like the dog Chloe. Essentially, those jurors stood by a vote of confidence in the lead investigator by trusting his testimony, which to anyone with even just 1 eye open and halfmast brain function, was a stinky pile of BS as well as a lesson in "how not to conduct an investigation". That the state police waited for the end of the trial to announce this is just another sign of how deep their manipulation of the community they serve is imbedded into that system. This is not a good look for the whole justice system in that state, seems they go by "guilty 'til proven innocent" there and they'll do anything to uphold that.
