I mean, there's plenty of exploitation on the organised sector as well. Most companies rely on the vague laws and make their company policies in such a way that makes it impossible for a regular person to take action agaisnt them.
The companies pretty much rely on the fact that they can easily replace an employee in India due to competition and so even the employees have to stay mute.
While I do agree that the average employee in the organised sector has a much better life than those in the unorganised sector, it is rather ignorantly optimistic to say that the organised sector is well regulated.
The only place where I can say that employees have power is on govt jobs but that is more due to strong unions and not due to strong labour laws.

    Ans: B
Under the Constitution of India, Labour is a subject in the Concurrent List where both the Central & State Governments are competent to enact legislation subject to certain matters being reserved for the Centre.
The second National Commission on Labour (NCL) was set up on 15 October 1999 under the chairmanship of Ravindra Varma which submitted its report to the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on 29 June 2002.
Article 23: Prohibition of traffic in human beings and forced labour.
Article 24: Prohibition of employment of children in factories, etc No child below the age of fourteen years shall be employed to work in any factory or mine or engaged in any other hazardous employment

It is necessary to reform the stuff laws for govt organisation, if their output not upto their salary sag them as they are the main reason for unemployment.
Govt ager thik se kaam nhi karta ,we have the right to change after 5yrs why it's not on the govt employee.

There is huge gap between organised and unorganised sector, which should be reduced. Government have lot of regulations for organised sector but on other side Unorganised sector are exploiting their workers as they do not come under any regulations. Their wages are very low, no extra social welfare scheme no security etc. And majority of Indians are working in this unorganised sector where are in very bad condition. They also deserves same treatment.

flexibility is the need of the hour......in the current situation of the pandemic.....on one side govt is giving flexibility (100 to 300)to expand production and on the other side social security to the unorganized sector.....it is good for both employeer and employee......In current situation strike should be eliminated......as the economy needs proper participation to revive....
