it gets worse at night. I loose sleep because of this. I find it hard to enjoy myself because they're constant, even with headphones on. I feel like someone is stalking me constantly, and judging every little thing I do, it's hell. I lately have been ignoring them, it seems to help; but they're still present.Worst part is people think i'm repeating what they say for attention, I don't want attention. I want it to stop. People stereo type me as "always anxious and nuts" I don't want to be known as a symptom.
meds help with hallucinations I suggest to see a psychiatrist if you haven't already. The thing with it getting worse at night is pretty common with diseases of the mind like with people who have Alzheimer there is a condition called sun down syndrome where they are mostly find during the morning and day but evening and night they simply get far worse.

No one's going to believe this but I had this all my life. I thought it was normal. It was a constant battle.
I am not schizophrenic but I could have been. I so relate to this guy. When he described the voices -- I was right there. I had voices at about 12 years of age -- and like him, at first I dismissed them. Just like him -- I said to myself, thats just the way it is. And they would comment on what I was doing and who I was and so on. And they were so mean and angry and they got worse and worse. And they would yell at me. Every day. Over time, I gradually could not ignore them -- they got very serious.
And one day I heard them and listened to what they said and I laughed at them and said: You guys are all liars! Nothing you say is true!
And they were quiet.
And then the next day they tried again. And I laughed again and I said, guys -- I told you - I don't believe you. You are all liars.
And I pretty much never heard them again.
Hearing this guy though -- brings me right back to those voices and, really, they were kind of scary now that I look back. Everything he says is so familiar -- he was just like me. I think I dodge a bullet somehow.
Wow! That's interesting. While I was watching the video, I remember being in like 7th grade, which would make me about 12 or 13, and a vivid memory I have of introspecting about how if I listened very hard and thought about it I could hear music that was clearly being generated inside by my brain. And, it was very realistic, indistinguishable from actually hearing it, almost, except that I was listening very intently in a certain way. It might be something that can develop if conditions are right at a particular developmental stage. I still get songs stuck in my head, but it's different, I'm not really hearing them, but rather just can't stop thinking of them.

This has got to be a mild case, my brother is 40 and he refuses to acknowledge that he is ill, he thinks its all a conspiracy and will not voluntarily seek help or maintain his treatment.. and he seems to be getting worse.

What you don't realize is the guy in the video doesn't think he's ill. He just has experience dealing with this. He even said in the video these are not his thoughts. Even a guy as sane as him comes to this conclusion. That speaks volumes.

Even called them names and mocked them. It drove them away. The spirits would come back a few days later but I gave them the SAME treatment. Eventually they gave up. I've been meds free for the last 16 years now. The spirits no longer bother me, because I'm NO LONGER FUN to torment. The spirits prefer SCARED & CONFUSED victims. So Im sharing my experience and insights.

Make people think you're CRAZY .. even if you re NOT. Resist them, Don't give up .. or you're really gonna end up crazy. Remember this, its NOT you but THEM (spirits) that's causing this. Fight them, mock them, EXORCISE them out of your house/life... eventually they'll give up and leave. .
I remember VERY clearly during a diagnostic workup, years ago, with an extremely overzealous young resident .He intensely leaned into my face and asked quietly, "Do you hear voices?"..Taken aback, I replied, "Uh, Doc...I can hear... yours just fine..?" (Couldn't imagine WTF he was headed with that.)"No, no," he snapped, obviously I had given him the wrong (?) answer.." do you hear voices?" Then when that didn't seem to yield any result, he jumped directly into, "Have you had contact?" (Alien? That cheesy adhesive paper we used to cover ugly bookshelves?) He meant of course if I had had sexual relations. I was smart enough to not remain any longer in the room; I put on my coat and left.. But I sincerely hope he never got to set up an actual office anywhere..can you just imagine the damage someone this unenlightened and insensitive could do??? Jesus.

Cynthia, I read your comment about voices on UA-cam. I too have experienced voices in my ears and thoughts that are not mine. But I learned in the Christian Holy Bible that there is an invisible war on Earth involving very evil demonic spirits who can speak into our ears all manner of thoughts. So, scripture tells us there is a battle for our souls, and that battle can only be fought with God's spiritual weapons. But, FIRST you must believe in the gospel message of salvation by Jesus Christ. Then, by God's grace, mercy, and love, repent and receive Jesus into your life as Savior and Lord. You are just over analysing it. I am sure he had the best intention. And young lads sometimes learn along the way in years.
When I seeked help from 3 physiatrist all of the asked "are the voices on the inside of my head or the outside" straiaway I thought why what difference does it make then I got to thinking if they are on the outside it must be spiritual an not a mental health issue and I wasn't in the end diagnosed with anything an told I have to deal with it so now there is really no meds for it so next step is for some real help and ask some of my own questions?? And how come some of the answers I get from these voices are true like when mum died my family had a bet on a horse that had mums name and one of her quotes about money and a little wealth,, I heard my mum say IT WONT COME IN IT WILL FALL AT THE LAST STRAIGHT,,,,, and so it did it fell and didn't come in so much for mental health,"crisis dream"..so people don't be scared and take it easy they know who you are too..

I've read of people with brain infections that experience emotions swings and voices due of parasite effecting the brain ( personality).
I heard voices for 4 years now. They pretend to be your friend then. INSULT you and your family in a heartbeat. I hear four. YES. ITS LIKE SOMEONE FOLLOWING YOU AROUND COMMENTING EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE. ALL DAY EVERYDAY. A holes.

thoughts in your head that arent yours? how do you know its not "you" though? my uncle is schizophrenic and when i found out i asked him whether what he heard were auditory as if someone talking outside of you (into your ear) or if thye were more like thoughts. ive been looking into other interviews with schizophrenics to find an answer.
does it vary? is it sometimes manifest in thoughts and others have auditory hallucinations? regarding thoughts, I get suspicious because sometimes I get thoughts I dont like, but I never distinguished them as not my own?
Thoughts that aren't yours and thoughts you don't like are not the same. It's an experience you'll probably never have to go through as long as you don't get involved with anything that could lead to trouble and don't get singled out. This is a horrible thing that will drive you to insanity as it has me and many like me for different reasons. Now just like the guy in the video I'm a reasonable man but just like the guy in the video and many others we know these aren't our thoughts. Who is doing this? We don't know but all of us that hear voices know it's not us.

That's so terribly sad. Why couldn't the voices at least say nice things.
I agree he doesn't seem to present as skizo, since I'm you tube certified shrink lol...but really he doesn't seem to fit in with the other videos I've seen on skizo. He is very animated doesn't have that typical flat affect

there are many types of schizophrenia it isn't just one disease with common symptoms there is schizoaffective bipolar or depressive type and catatonic schizophrenia which is what you are talking about that displays negative symptoms and there is paranoid schizophrenics that show positive symptomology like delusions and hallucinations etc.
I’ve known paranoid schizophrenics who are animated; they are not all catatonic-like.
Im most likely schizophrenic and people say the same thing about me, i dont present as a schizo, i have flat affect but i fake my emotional response and am animated when i talk

Try to listen to the audiobooks of Carl Jung on UA-cam about the shadow self. Books like kybalion 'The universe is Mental'. Phillip k Dick talked about an intelligent mind that communicated with him and he saw parallel realities. Try to find other alternatives and question your reality.

Mohammed, I read your comment about voices on UA-cam. I too have experienced voices in my ears and thoughts that are not mine. But I learned that there are holy angels and evil spirits on Earth. There are many false religions and beliefs also. But God has revealed His story of creation, the first man Adam and his wife Eve. And then, there was s great rebellion in Heaven by God's highest angel named Lucifer. Lucifer wanted to be god , to be worshipped and served. But The Only True God will not share His glory with anyone
So God cast Lucifer out of Heaven and 1/3rd of God 's angel's also rebelled. They are cursed by God, and are here on Earth causing so much trouble and war and suffering. The Lord Jesus Christ also heard the voice of Satan the devil and demons voices when He was here on Earth. See Matthew 4: 1-11. @@yashchittal1364 Yash, I am not opposed to medical help!!!! But, there truly is a great Creator of all things in Heaven and on Earth. He has given us humans His Holy Bible. In it He has revealed the Creation of the Heavens and the Earth, the first man Adam and his wife Eve, the sin and rebellion of God's highest angel named Lucifer. Lucifer wanted to be god, to be worshiped and served. But the Only True God will not share His glory with anyone, so God cast Lucifer out of Heaven and 1/3rd of God's angels also rebelled against God and they were cast out of Heaven also. They are here on Earth causing so much suffering, rebellion, destruction, false religions and beliefs, tempting humans to sin against our God and His Ten Commandments. Don't tell me that you follow the thought of "schizophrenia is the illness of a sane mind in an insane world" bullshit. These people are indeed neurologically atypical and it is debilitating.
@@miri8851 no its episodic illness they have temporary psychosis followed by normal periods of no psychosis.
Evryone is crazy at some point in life. Not everybody gets psychosis.

If you (or someone you know) can see/hear spirits, you are NOT alone or CRAZY ! Unless you had a serious head injury or dose on illegal drugs regularly. You are like me a person with a third eye/ear capability. We represent about 10% of humanity. I was Paranoid Schizophrenic for sometime too. I did the meds and therapies too, but there seem to be no end/final cure. So I did my own research. BTW, I am a Civil Engineer with a highly analytical mind. Once I knew the REAL reason (Spirits) I was set FREE ! I even turned the tables on the evil spirits. I TORMENTED them with Worship Songs, Quoted Holy Scripture to them. Even called them names and mocked them. It drove them away. The spirits would come back a few days later but I gave them the SAME treatment. Eventually they gave up. I've been meds free for the last 16 years now. The spirits no longer bother me, because I'm NO LONGER FUN to torment. The spirits prefer SCARED & CONFUSED victims. So Im sharing my experience and insights.
You can get schizophrenia from various reasons like a serious head injury, regular use of illegal drugs, practice of black magic, or traumatic events like rape, bullying, rejection, total isolation, death of a loved one or near-death experience. Anything that seriously WEAKENS your body, EMBITTERS your soul, and affects your FAITH in God, also WEAKENS your protective spiritual AURA and allows the evil spirits to communicate with you. You can pick RANDOM evil spirits from morgue, cemeteries, hospitals, asylums, jails, dungeons, and abandoned houses and isolated forests.
Our physical and spirit worlds exists in parallel dimensions, separated by force fields. The spirits can see/hear us, we can't see/hear them NORMALLY. Spirits communicate by MENTAL TELEPATHY ( mind to mind ) that's why ONLY you can see or hear them. That's why the spirits can also READ YOUR MIND/THOUGHTS ! You can also secretly TALK/SHOUT to them by TELEPATHY - in the presence of other people. No one will notice & think you're CRAZY ! Ive done this a few times & forced the spirits away.
Spirits can also DISTORT human speech. For example if your friend says " Hello, What's Up ? " it will sound like " You're UGLY & STUPID ! " and so you'll get ANGRY. That's how spirits make you PARANOID & anti-social. The speech DISTORTION happens only a few SECONDS ! The speakers face suddenly changes to an UGLY facial expression ! The Spirits TRUE FACE shows like a dwarf or leprechaun ! Then the face reverts back to normal and the speaker is NOT even aware of what happened. He'll wonder why you're angry at him ! I've seen this many times !!
The evil spirits want to isolate you socially. You're their TOY ! Some spirits can also SHAPE SHIFT - appear in ANY form (animal or people). They can IMITATE other peoples LOOKS/VOICES and pretend like real people. Spirits can also produce SOUNDS like knocking on doors, footsteps, crying or screaming people, scratching on walls, police sirens, barking dogs etc. Their plan is to scare and ISOLATE you socially .. for themselves. Make people think you're CRAZY .. even if you re NOT. Resist them, Don't give up .. or you're really gonna end up crazy. Remember this, its NOT you but THEM (spirits) that's causing this. Fight them, mock them, EXORCISE them out of your house/life... eventually they'll give up and leave. .

D Wayne If God chose for this man to have schizophrenia then maybe he doesn't need to be healed! All experiences are a learning curve our life is a learning curve wouldn't it be better if we 'preached' acceptance and self awareness, everyone has something to offer and teach others.

That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard on multiple levels. It's a sentiment that goes back to the days in psychiatry where they would at times think schizophrenia is a good thing. There is no blessing to this illness, it is the epitome of how biology can go wrong.

The One and Only God has provided salvation from our sins against God's Ten Commandments, and has provided His children who are born again, spiritual armor to be able to stand against the schemes and strategies of the devil and his demons. You got it right, I just get extremely upset of the stupidity of the people who think they are talking to spirits or ghost or like this is a brain disease. only problem people feel is where is all the funding coming from that comes from, it comes from all money laundering happening in this world, petro dollar economy and black project money.
