I love Pedaltrain, but I'm switching as soon as I get the funds. The Rockboards are effectively hollow and don't interfere with the cables or the supply, and the modular patch bay is a no-brainer.
I have a bunch of pedals now, so next step is getting a decent pedal board to set them up more permanently...This is on my radar now.
Some great concepts there.
Those MIDI cables should really be reversible. Or recomposible in quarters. That would ease a lot of the issues.
Colour code tags are excellent and versatile patch bays too.

When you are trying to be "cool", but actually you are so DISRESPECTFULL with your guest. Journalism 101= respect the person in front of you. This means, no running away and leaving your guest speaking, no interruptions, no throwing his product like trash...
Not sure about that 'quick mount' concept. Bits of rubber that you tape to your pedals? Maybe if you have a board that never changes - but velcro means I can quickly take a pedal off and use on its own somewhere or do a swap round.
I have one comment about the Rockboard patch panel. Why not simply have the connector on the front & a cable with connector at the end come out of the other side. This would eliminate several patch cables and make the Rockboard patch panel a few ounces lighter and thinner.
Can you fit xlr cable thru the slots on top of the board?
Shame you couldn't run your drone inside the building. This company makes some very useful items to make life easier for musicians.
Another silly video with lame jokes... and along the way loads of valuable information for the next G.A.S. attack. How could we live without Henning? :-)
Should be nice a video where you shake those boards full of pedals trying to pull them off or another one where you try to actually break the board. For touring musicians stability and durability are key factors.
So what is a good source for the "stikcy stuff" under the clamps / quick mounts?
And BTW, where are the quick mounts om the market? Forgotten release? ;)

need those. i have been looking for a decent board for years. need the patchbay, i don't know if the power supply does 12vac i amp. i don't need the cables, stick with george l's.

Hey Henning. Wanted to let you know that your current videos don’t play in UA-cam under Firefox for the Amazon Fire Stick. Since Google killed the UA-cam app for the Fire Stick, we have to use Firefox. They play great on my phone apps, and Roku app but not under Firefox for the Fire Stick. Videos as recently as 2 weeks ago play, but the recent ones do not. Just wanted to let you know in case you’ve changed an encoding or something. Let me know if you want help finding exactly where it started.

That board did not look very big (no i'm not doing the euphemism thing Henning, will leave those to you), do they have a larger boards for more pedals, like 26? think i'll check them out on the rockboard site..they have one right? Will Thomman be stocking them for the UK?
The boards are cool, and the bay ist a great Idea. The quick lock system does not make anything sense to me. Especially the 3m dual lock are fast and easy to use instead of velcro. This new system here makes things more complicated...
A little late here, but some people (myself included) don't want to stick velcro on their pedals for various reasons. Aside from potentially devaluing from the glue, where I live velcro has a tendency to come unstuck from the pedal itself...potentially devaluing or destroying the pedal from a drop.
