I'm not sure if I understood your message correctly. I didn't have any issues to get to the Monaco and cycling around. There was no problem with that at all, and no border control.

Haha, I believe there were many stop signs.
Did you pass through Ventimigglia. At the Border Stop ?
Yes, through Ventimiglia - Menton. There was no issue with passing through the border.
What did the police want each time they stopped you?
Nothing 😅 The road was closed because there was some manifestation or something.

I haven't seen any road signs saying you can't cycle on the lanes. I assume cycle on a walkway is not allowed ;)
