Not even just trades! I did back office for a formal dress store and we dropped a couple brands because the suppliers were playing games with how much was available depending on who called. We'd take an order when they said they had plenty in the size & color and then when I called to confirm tracking numbers and pay the bills they'd have nothing. Ferguson isn't the cheapest (like Lowes/Home Depot), but their folks in their brick & mortar stores have real product knowledge and can get just about anything HVAC/R within a day or two. That makes a difference if you're doing commercial work or need something special, rather than small jobs or DIY. I think they're just aimed at different markets and customers.

They may not have every little thing you need in stock that day but i have yet to see them not have something in the next morning or 2 days for a specialty item. Great company and great service. In my area, the only people I know from fergusons by name are the people they bought out from a brock mcvey 2 years ago (2018). Its literally been hell, from double orders to a single spec home, to double orders sent to two spec homes so we've put in and had to rip all the fixtures out because they werent right. They have sold many of us local plumber defective comode that wont hold test for the past many months, to the point that our INSPECTORS know of it. We've had to go up and personally pick out the tub/showers because we've had so many wrong hand tub/showers delivered it's ridiculous. The worst thing to me though, was when they bought out brock mcvey and told me that they would value and keep my discount I already had with BM, only to continue to charge me extra for a few months and tell me that they cant keep that same discount a little later. My area Ferguson (south central Kentucky) is not up to par at all.
I worked for Roto Rooter as a plumber and one of the best things they did there was their stockroom personell got copies of the materials we had used off our trucks on jobs and they put the stuff in a box on a shelf with our truck number on it and you just had to get the stuff out and restock your truck. It saved me time which was great because it was always buzzing around there.
Weekend Handyman my supply houses require I be a licensed plumber and usually have better quality and they handle all warranty exchanges for the length of product warranty not just first 30 to 90 days. And they still have the same brand 5 years later when you are more likely to need a warranty replacement.
@@markchickenbutt8740 Cool ... around here they will sell to anyone & return policy is within 10 days, unopened, with a restocking fee. I go there when I need something specialized (e.g. Viaga barrier pex) the big box stores do not stock.

As a DYI, I've found that the pro suppliers are great for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. You should have a pretty clear idea of what you need, and I try to only go in when there's only one or two other guys in the store, to stay out of the way of the pros--but I have always found that they're willing to help me sort problems out with good advice. And of course, they have parts and tools the Big Box doesn't. (My favorite? A six inch iron nipple with right and left hand threads at either end. Tightens both ends at once. I needed it to insert a cutoff valve in an existing line.)
I'm decidedly *not* a plumber. At-best a decent DIYer. I had to order some wonky parts and went through Ferguson. Despite a few setbacks, they were great to deal with and treated me (and my comparatively small order) with respect.
I don’t care for the prices at Ferguson, but I like their staff and they are always helping me out. There’s been many of times One of those guys will take what I need home with them, and I will pick it up that night when I clock out. ✨✨✨
I needed a 3' ABS DWV Double Sanitary Hub Tee. Ferguson was the only folks that had it in stock. They wanted 100.00 dollars for a $16.00 part and they got me.. This was the last time I ever walked in the door, 8 years ago. In Denver George T. Sanders is my go to place.
I use all the plumbing suppliers in Houston, but always prefer to spend my money with locally owned suppliers. They seem to appreciate your business more than the corporate conglomerate stores. I do appreciate the Fergueson commercial water heater program.
In California we have Ferguson but they are not as big as Pace Supply. Pace Supply offers the exact service you describe in your video! I love them! I know what your talking about! Good relationships with your supply house goes a long way!
I always go to Ferguson to do my weekly truck re-stock and any and everything else I need. They more be more expensive in my area but by far they are the best one to go to
I had a problem that all the other plumber could not repair a water leak from an odd size pipe .I had Ferguson to get with the manufacturer at Mueller to make me a blue dresser compression coupler to fit that odd size .I gave the O.D. of the pipe and ferguson special order that item to my specs.. Very profession customers service..
I hit up a Ferguson near me for some parts for a personal project I was working on (non-plumbing related.) They had the best price for what I needed, even over some cheap online competitors. The employees were super friendly and helpful when I went to pick up the parts as well. I'll definitely be back.
For those in the North Dallas (Garland) area try out Eastern Plumbing Supply. They're old school family run and price competitively. If they promised you a price they will honor the quote.
We love Ferguson but lately we've been using Mountainland Supply And honestly in our area they seem to have a significantly larger stock of items as well as particularly better brands than Ferguson. Of course both can order in parts and get them to us but generally Mountainland Supply has are more parts in stock and ready to go.
i've looked everywhere local and they all have the same pricing for pex pipe and fittings, including a place that allows only companies to purchase through an account.
Since this kind ties into the rant you had against the handyman, I will share my story. Backstory: In my younger days I began my working career as an apprentice for a Master Plumber and worked my butt off for 5 years, then went out on my own. (Licensed, insured, 9 yards) I built a decent business and at the end of 5 years was able to sell it for a nice chunk of change. I had decided by then that I liked my knees and lower back. I was looking at guys that are my age now and they could barely walk or stand up straight. I eventually ended up in I.T. Last October my wife wakes me up saying the downstairs smelled lie Oil. (Oil fired boiler, summer/winter hookup) I went down with a flashlight and looked in the closet where the boiler is and sure enough just below the burner is a puddle of oil. I didnt look much further well because, oil. It was time to call someone in with a lot more experience than myself. In my many years plumbing I removed many Boilers/Tanks but never serviced them or installed them. So I am not particularly proficient at diagnosing or repairing them. And it was getting cold. So I called the plumber I had do my well pump and asked if he knew an HVAC guy. He said he did, they are well known around here and from what I hear they are supposed to be good natured guys. Tech shows up on time. Good so far. We go into the basement and I have a shut off at the top of the stairs and I said to him, Do you need me to turn it on?" He says no. Red Flag #1. But ok, I am not the subject matter expert here, let the man do his thing. I grab a 500 watt halogen light and set him up so he can see. He starts to take the case off the boiler, and there is a puddle of oil on the case housing. So he starts to take the burner apart and says your igniters need to be replaced, and then proceeds to replace the orifice. So I am getting a bit worried here as it appears he is performing service tasks rather than looking for the root cause of the service call. So I go upstairs because I am getting a bit pissed. I come back down and he is cutting the orifice set screw with a leatherman saying some BS about the screw broke off while he was removing it and he is cutting the threads to get it to not bottom out. red Flag #2. By this time I am over his shoulder, clearly knowing he was handing me a line of bullshit. He still has not at this point even looked into the issue he was called for. So he gets a part list together (while I am looking up the parts diagram for my boiler which I should have done in the first place.) So he comes back with an additional $330.00 just to get me back to square one. By this time I had the part he said needed to be replaced up for $15 bucks. So I am internally raging by now. I said to him look, put it back together barring the bad part and go away. I was a lot nicer. The second he put it in drive I was in the garage, with the collar off. Guess what? There was no screw broken, in fact the head of the screw he cut with the leatherman was pristine and in no way had enough force exerted on it to break itself. The collar is a softer metal and the bumble-head stripped the threads while putting the screw back in. So I chased the threads with a tap and bought the correct length screw from Home Depot, and blammo. Set screw works now. (Didnt these jokers keep a tap and die set on the truck?) Now I never let on my experience in the trades, I find it to my advantage when dealing with contractors to let them think I am Joe Public. They had charged me 180 for the service call. So now I have the assembly back together, ready to put it back into the boiler when I had a rage attack. WhyTF should I be doing this? I called them back and while talking to the "good natured guy" I let him know I had 10 years in the trades, explained every step of the technician's process, and asked if someone could please come back and put the boiler to the state it was in before they arrived. The second tech shows up, on time. Older guy. I hand him the assembly and show him to the boiler. He replaces the orifice/igniter assembly and asks for me to turn it on. I turned it on and it took less than 5 seconds for him to find it. (Yes I was extremely angry at myself for wanting a "licensed" "expert" to deal with a flammable liquid leak, rather than take another 2 min to inspect the right side of the burner myself. Bad me, I won't do it again.) The hydraulic ram for the air dampener blew a seal. It was a $30 part. Took me less than 10 min to replace. I called back and asked why the tech didnt find it in the first place and what did I pay for exactly. I let him know he is sending a guy on a call for service and he is doing maintenance. He gets all crappy with me and says he will refund my money and... Dont call them again. I guess they are not so good natured when they try to screw you and you call them out. Lastly, and this is big for all you service people out there. All along this whole ordeal the first tech kept pushing and pushing a service contract. He hadn't even fixed my problem and was pushing a service contract. Even while he was handing me an estimate for something he screwed up he was pushing the service contract. Telling me how much less the 330 would be if I had a contract. Red Flag#3. So when you condemn the local handyman or something as not being "professional" keep in mind this story. They had good reviews mostly and came from a plumber I trust without a doubt. My local "professional" supplier said it would be 7-10 days to get the ram. The guy on Ebay got it to me in 2. Same part. Same quality. Like 8 bucks cheaper. The only reason for a professional plumber to use one supplier exclusively is prices/discount. You should be actively seeking supply competitors every year or so.
I appreciate your story. It is the truth of this society. Do not blindly read/listen others review/refer. It might more likely get a better service, but there still a good chance of BS.
I go to professional plumbing suppler Locke's. They always treat like me like they are doing me a favor. I hate them, but what are you going to do? They have specialized plumbing supplies like 18" trailer park hot water heater pans and Arrowwood outdoor faucet vacuum breakers.
Hi I'm a handyman from the UK I know I'm no plumber and I know if I can't do a job properly I won't do it I'll do a temporary fix but advise they get a real plumber, in the UK you don't need licenses apart from if you deal with gas
Good morning Roger. Great video. FYI I don't know if you heard about the class action suit involving ProPress. Seems there was a price control problem and you might have been overcharged? I sure you bought plenty of their fittings. They admit no guilt and I don't want to drag anyone's good name through the mud, But fair is fair.
We use multiple supply houses. We have a card on file at Ferguson and A&J, then we also frequent the big box stores. I like Ferguson for the most part. Sometimes they won’t have things in stock, or low inventory, also they can be more expensive. We do have a “guy” at Ferguson that we are supposed to be able to call, but he never answers. Apparently he likes to look at boats on the internet at work. I think we hit Home Depot just as much as Ferguson, if not more just for price and stock.
I went to ferguson a month ago and the employee there was telling me a pop up drain assembly with no overflow doesn't exist. I said yes I got one from your company before it was a kohler product I believe. He took out the kohler catalog and started looking for the product. He showed the relevant page of parts and said look they don't make them. I pointed to the page and said yes it's right there. He began to look up the part and said they don't have any in stock in any branch we would need to get it from a hub. So I asked what about any other brands. He responded with I don't wanna waste my time looking up the part numbers sorry I can't help you. Just 1 of many bad experiences at ferguson.
Wow that’s crazy he said that. I’ve never had an experience like that, but it all depends on the guys at the counter. They are the ones that make it worth shopping there.
@@anthonybenincasa yeah they just bought out blackman in New York. And ever since they bought them out I've had a lot of trouble contacting people on the phone and the guys at the counter are not helpful. Obviously it's probably anecdotal so I can't speak for everyone. But I do use other local plumbing suppliers instead which is the essence of the video.
Yeah, a relationship with a supply house that has excellent service is very important. We dealt with a large local chain for 10+ years but their service slipped, badly. When stuff was messed up it was not, “how can this be fixed?”, it was, “that was not my fault.” At the end of the day we just need service. We deal 90% with a small local place. They are the best. Their employees are all excellent. The service is out of this world. To be fair Ferguson and Northeastern are known for bad service and price gouging in my area. In my experience bigger chains you can find a branch that is good, but you are still at the mercy of the rest of the company. Besides big chains make ya wear a mask.
Question I have a leaky garbage disposal (bad seal at the very top). My appointment complex’s maintenance just packed around it with Plummer’s puddy. When it started leaking again 2 days later they added more puddy. Is this a realistic fix? I’ve personally replaced serval disposals never needed to replace a seal but I feel like that’s gotta be the only correct fix for this.
I do HVAC and Plumbing, and maintain first name basis for my favorite sales people at these supply houses. I can't just stick with one supplier, because they individually don't carry every thing or parts for every brand. However, there are two suppliers I refuse to do business with in my area.......I'll give you 3 guesses, and the first 2 don't count.
Ferguson "Nobody expects more from us than we do" problem is they dont even to expect to have 1/2" copper 90's in stock. Here in Denver its Rampart or bust.
I am not a plumber, I will not be a plumber, I do not know a plumber. Yet I am subscribed and interested in every video. You put some drugs in your videos I swear😂😂
Being some what of a polite knowledgeable person I have gotten great deals by just walking into supply warehouses being honest saying I don't care about cost I just want quality products and advice you now what happens I answer a few of their questions they relize I have half a clue and get better deals than big box stores and we have great communication they will call me up for advice or ask me to try something and see if a novice can do it use it a pro should have no problem. Best advice to pple go in begging and polite walk out feeling like a pro
If Ferguson was cheaper I would but winnelson is way cheaper. Pipe is cheaper at home depot. Im a penny pincher. Here menards has watts parts although I hate the walking lol
I'm not a pro, but do the plumbing in my house. I recent;y needed to replace a cast iron closet flange in the half bath, the old one was broken, The two supply houses in town only and the PVC drop in flanges, witch would sit too high off the floor. They didn't even seem to know what I was asking about. I found the flange needed on Home Depot's site, but the local Home Depot has very bad customer service. The one employee we found just snapped 'order it online, homedepot dot com'". The Lowes had much better service, but did nut carry what I needed. They did, however, recommend Ferguson, and gave directions to them. The Ferguson didn't have it in stock, but knew exactly what I was asking for. They ordered it from another store and shipped it to my house, for free. It was a Jones Stephens brand cast iron closet flange, slips over the pipe and clamps to the outside of the pipe. I also had fun with a plumber there who recommended I use a saws-all to cut the pipe below floor level, in order to use the drop in PVC flange, witch clamps to the inside of the pipe. I have dealt with cast iron pipe enough to know, that type of vibration can cause the pipe to break, possibly under the house. The house is over 60 years old.
Well I'm a mechanic I already have a supplier for parts lol but seriously from one trade to another we all are just trying to put a little beard on the table at the end of the day keep up the good work I learned a thing or two from watching you
@The Truth of the Matter a little but I ain't worry not the first time certely not going to be the last I just roll with the punches that life throws at you and get the work done
I had a guy that kept coming in from a town like 2 hours away and he would always ask us to start buying his grease/oil I think because my boss would buy 2-3 55 gallon drums of motor oil at a time! But my boss did end up buying from him!....after him randomly showing up like 4-5 times and giving him free samples 🤣
Plumbing suppliers are the lifeblood of commercial plumbing, the ability to order and pick up your material seamlessly and then have a bill sent to your accounting firm is invaluable. Let alone the discounts and hospitality you receive PS Home Depot tried to take away our plumbing license in Texas so screw them
dang0088 da that’s not accurate. Take apart the valves, copper flexes, water heaters, and well everything and you’ll see the difference in quality. Details are small, but the reliability is significant.
Amazon will eventually wipe all of them out if Amazon is not broken up. I buy a lot of plumbing, hvac, electrical, and appliance parts from Amazon now that I used to buy from Fergusons and Locke's. You can not beat Amazon's customer service and the delivery times are getting faster and faster.
My local Ferguson is so trash. The sales counter guys are so slow and always make us wait so they can chit-chat and bullshit with each other or with the guys they're cool with. It also doesn't help that they're located on the opposite side of town from most of my work. I prefer my local Moore Supply.
I almost always go to the supply house for my plumbing needs. Lowes and home depot is for the novice or rookie. Here in Dayton ohio we have Ferguson, winnelsons, windustrial, Pickrel brothers and a Carr supply. We used to have a bricker plumbing that had all the old three stem faucet parts you'd ever need. Those are no longer aloud by code. We used to have a mom and pop handyman place that had odd faucet parts mostly cheap stuff that had ceramic fittings and stuff, for those people that wanted thier price fisters fixed. Keep up with the great videos. And I still want to see y'all tunnel under a slab. And how you go about back filling it.. Please?
I'm sorry. Ferguson charges way too much to be my go to plumbing supply. I go to other local plumbing supplies that have been around for a much longer time.
@Tilc Rekcil Thanks bro, I am flattered. All the customers I service never ever call me back....never. That’s because I do such excellent work that it doesn’t needs attention ever again. They pay me, and tell me to get out because they want to admire my good work. The next day I see a professional plumbing truck at the house... my guess is the home owners are showing off my impressive work to the professionals. I bet they are so jealous.
The plumbing suppliers that i have used or tried to use in the past really do want my business. Its an attitude or a snob thing i guess. Most look down on the little guy or home owner so screw em. I don't get that attitude with the big box stores. And I am talking about multiple suppliers. In addition to that they charge much more for the exact same product.
Do you really need a sponsor? Don't get me wrong, I do have an account with Ferguson, and for the everyday stuff are OK, but for those "special" parts you need sometimes, they are worthless.
So, it was after hours. I have to buy a shutoff from a big box store, big blue one. 30 min drive away. I go get the valve, install it, its leaking around the stem. I take pictures, video, cut it out and head back. "We can't take used parts back. : It's defective, it's leaking, I have video, look at my receipt, I was just here. : if it was defective you shouldn't have used it. : Listen lady, I'm not clairvoyant, if I was, I wouldn't be a plumber." Took me 30 minutes to talk them into exchanging the part. So I go back to the bin, and on a whim, grab a fitting, plug one end with my finger and blow in the other. Leaks around the stem, I do this 7 more times to find 6 out of 7 are faulty. I carry them all up front and tell the lady, "these are all defective, save people some trouble and take them off the shelf. : Oh ok." Walk to the doors, hear a noise, turn around to see her throwing them back into the return bin. I install the valve, go back the next day cut out and install one from my supplier. Never again.

And of course, they have parts and tools the Big Box doesn't. (My favorite? A six inch iron nipple with right and left hand threads at either end. Tightens both ends at once. I needed it to insert a cutoff valve in an existing line.)
Was it the Ferguson branded water bottles? Lol I know my local stays stocked and usually offer us cases as well I do like Ferguson and michels!
I'm decidedly *not* a plumber. At-best a decent DIYer. I had to order some wonky parts and went through Ferguson. Despite a few setbacks, they were great to deal with and treated me (and my comparatively small order) with respect.
Ditto on Ferguson! Love the partnership!
Remember folks this is a paid endorsement. So take it for what it is.
EXACTLY!
You needed the part and wanted it quickly with the price they were selling it? You had the choice to get it faster or wait and get it cheaper. Meow.
I use all the plumbing suppliers in Houston, but always prefer to spend my money with locally owned suppliers. They seem to appreciate your business more than the corporate conglomerate stores. I do appreciate the Fergueson commercial water heater program.
Ferguson is awesome with customer service and ordering special parts for in store pickup. Love them.
I love the at Ferguson, they’re always going above and beyond for me
In California we have Ferguson but they are not as big as Pace Supply. Pace Supply offers the exact service you describe in your video! I love them! I know what your talking about! Good relationships with your supply house goes a long way!
After watching your videos I feel like a master plumber.
I live in socal near the 15 fwy and theres a Ferguson warehouse. Good to know a good company is close to I live.
Nice love your vids Roger.
I’m a machinist but UA-cam recommended one of your videos to me and now I’ve been addicted to your videos the last couple days
I hit up a Ferguson near me for some parts for a personal project I was working on (non-plumbing related.) They had the best price for what I needed, even over some cheap online competitors. The employees were super friendly and helpful when I went to pick up the parts as well. I'll definitely be back.
I know that's a lie. Ferguson might make good stuff, but they are NEVER the cheapest!
I'm sorry Roger. Don't punish me
what?????????????
Wtf did you do?
For those in the North Dallas (Garland) area try out Eastern Plumbing Supply. They're old school family run and price competitively. If they promised you a price they will honor the quote.
love the vids!
We use Ferguson in my area as well, but they have an issue keeping things in stock i.e. cast iron fittings or pipe and basic copper fittings.
What i like is if you recommend something you always recommend it highly or poorly not I between.
Loving that Ferguson merch Roger.
Wow, that was one boring story.
I appreciate your story. It is the truth of this society. Do not blindly read/listen others review/refer. It might more likely get a better service, but there still a good chance of BS.
Han Xiao That story was a one long snooze fest.
@@marilynwong9784 You expected a story about a boiler repair to be exciting? Says more about you than my story.
americawhereareyou Your story sucked.
Ferguson Kitty Hawk, NC is my go to parts supplier.
I had very good luck buying from Ferguson over the years. The salesman used to deliver doughnuts to our office every month or so.
I use Tradelink, they are a big plumbing supplies in Australia.
Yo!! I'm in Ferguson everyday. Richland ms.
Ferguson plumbing in Phoenix is very expensive compared to other suppliers.
Yeah, a relationship with a supply house that has excellent service is very important. We dealt with a large local chain for 10+ years but their service slipped, badly.
When stuff was messed up it was not, “how can this be fixed?”, it was, “that was not my fault.”
At the end of the day we just need service.
They can buy a new mount and install it the hook in the existing garbage disposal
Alot of suppliers in my area are crazy/ racist .Makes my life hard to spend money with those who don't respect me..
I have a ? Is there a difference in freezing points between copper and pen
Agreed on "this applies to every trade ".
Ferguson "Nobody expects more from us than we do" problem is they dont even to expect to have 1/2" copper 90's in stock. Here in Denver its Rampart or bust.
The Ferguson we deal with here in sacramento ca is just like that, its such a joke.
I am not a plumber, I will not be a plumber, I do not know a plumber. Yet I am subscribed and interested in every video. You put some drugs in your videos I swear😂😂
It would be interesting to see some of the things you say aren't legal by code. I know one of them is the flexable p trap
We love Ferguson in Auburn Alabama to
you look exactly how I'd expect a professional plumber to look
Love your videos as usual, Roger. But I NEEED that outro song. Where's your editor? The guy's got *GREAT* taste in chill-hop.
Let me find the name after work today, I can't specifically remember the name.
@@editorgrayson1073 I appreciate that. I gotta know what's in your playlist. I know you've got some super chill stuff that someone can escape to.
I don’t do plumbing but your videos just be so interesting
Being some what of a polite knowledgeable person I have gotten great deals by just walking into supply warehouses being honest saying I don't care about cost I just want quality products and advice you now what happens I answer a few of their questions they relize I have half a clue and get better deals than big box stores and we have great communication they will call me up for advice or ask me to try something and see if a novice can do it use it a pro should have no problem. Best advice to pple go in begging and polite walk out feeling like a pro
I used to work at Ferguson as a delivery driver, they’re a fantastic company to work for and offer some good products
The house is over 60 years old.
we were the same with Graybar
Well I'm a mechanic I already have a supplier for parts lol but seriously from one trade to another we all are just trying to put a little beard on the table at the end of the day keep up the good work I learned a thing or two from watching you
@The Truth of the Matter a little but I ain't worry not the first time certely not going to be the last I just roll with the punches that life throws at you and get the work done
@The Truth of the Matter oh I didn't notice that lol 🤣
I get cheap prices at vp but no stock. Irr supply got everything but long wait times in line. Fw webb...priceless
In my opinion Ferguson is the best supply house, yes some prices are higher but the service you get is second to none.
Roger Wakefield is the Dr. Phil of the Plumbing world
Screwfix or toolstation great price's
Plumbing suppliers are the lifeblood of commercial plumbing, the ability to order and pick up your material seamlessly and then have a bill sent to your accounting firm is invaluable. Let alone the discounts and hospitality you receive
PS Home Depot tried to take away our plumbing license in Texas so screw them
I get most of my parts at home depot.
Your over paying brother for cheaper quality
@@SaintlySaavy YOu know ferguson got the same parts at the same suppliers right?
dang0088 da that’s not accurate.
Ferguson is always out of everything lol
My local Ferguson is so trash. The sales counter guys are so slow and always make us wait so they can chit-chat and bullshit with each other or with the guys they're cool with. It also doesn't help that they're located on the opposite side of town from most of my work. I prefer my local Moore Supply.
I feel bad that he was looking for ferguson tools on the google search and the ferguson riots popped up. What a world we live in.
Please?
Nobody asked for your opinion.
Your mustache makes me feel safe.
I'm sorry. Ferguson charges way too much to be my go to plumbing supply. I go to other local plumbing supplies that have been around for a much longer time.
I buy my plumbing supplies from Walmart, Amazon, and the Restore.
Even tho its the same name the commercial suppliers have better internals then like homedepo an stuff
I have literally no desire to be a plumber or other tradesperson. And I can’t stop watching these
We have plumbing suppliers here that dosent care about the little guy
Hi
No not when they charge more than Home Depot
Wasn't Ferguson the brand Toilet that Al Bundy from Married with Children loved? BA-WHOOSH! 🤣
I mean it is the stratavarius of toilets lol
Heh! Careful with using Ferguson, your supplies may get stuck under an ex 11 feet 8 bridge though :D
Best paid promotion I've ever seen. Great video
We go to a professional supplier, better service, professional advice and cheaper than..... you know where.....
The two big box stores take any returns. They never fight it.
@@common_c3nts they did on this one.

George T. Sanders in Denver is who I use! They have one in every quadrant of the city, good prices, products and good customer service. I will check out Ferguson though, I have only been there once.
