    I remember that when I was in the military I learned the concept of watch one, do one and teach one and you’ll then know what you are learning. You added to these concepts here. Thank you!

    So true. My husband has an amazing memory ! He NEVER multi tasks. I do not interrupt him working on anything
    ( only if house is on fire) and is the most capable and perfect worker.

    Jim, thank you for reminding me. I always had the tendency to get it the other way around. "State is a snapshot of an emotion" (Emotion = Energy in motion) so State Captures that emotion. 🙏
