He had a lot of ground and pound that might have looked dominant to a casual observer but was mostly off target, no power flailing. The funny thing is he probably could have finished the fight if he’d ever learned how to actually throw a punch, but his striking, even against a downed opponent, was just totally ineffective.

Yeah for sure he ate a lot of shots, but none phases him. I'd train him in a heartbeat over 90% of the other new guys who get in there - we know for sure he can take a shot, never got hurt and kept coming forward. Give him a few months of stand up and dude wont need to use the wrestling which he obviously has a strong base of. This is what a tough dude with zero stand up training looks like..in other words if you're talking shit and you urself have zero hands, chances are he'll be whipping ur ass. B-Dans obviously trains and he lost straight up.
I think B Dans won by a good bit. Tapeworm definitely took round 3 but I think round 1 and 2 were all B Dans'.

This was probably one of my favorite fights of streetbeefs UNTIL the judges made the wrong call.
Nonetheless, both young men fought with heart and respect that. Hats off to them. Just not the judges

Detumbo SnapCity i don't want to be too critical but he is quite often making calls based on the crowd reactions and he is always looking for reassurance from face when he is making a call. Hell, face might as well ref if this guy is always looking to him for answers. I don't want to be overly critical as i said. I know it's not and easy job or easy thing to do. But he isn't showing much improvement over time. Makes me unsure if he will ever be able to properly call a fight. But that's easy for me to say sitting here pushing buttons on my phone

I don’t usually complain about the judges when I watch these videos, but B Dan definitely got the win. Don’t get me wrong tapeworm had some nice take downs but B Dan landed majority of the strikes and controlled most of the fight. It was a great fight both had heart. They need to run it back tho ASAP!

He use to do almost nothing. Except break the fights apart gently. Which sometimes took a couple seconds. People were complaining about that. So, the reason he's close now is either because of that. Or...because, it is getting more professional. check out some of the older fights where was just a yard of grass. This is a major upgrade in my opinion.

BOTH of these guys were really good and probably pretty close to turning pro in MMA
Tapeworm was on spaghetti legs for most of that fight and through sheer tenacity he hung on for the win, although I believe he lost. That being said, this was definitely fight of the night, but it should’ve been stopped much earlier for tapeworms safety, he took way too much damage to his head and I hope he went straight to the hospital after this.

With the ref so damn close it automatically and even subconsciously makes the fighter fight differently because they see him right next to themselves and they do everything based on the environment they are in and that isn't good for a fighter to feel like they do not have the entire ring to move in. This ref gets so up close and personal as if he wants to be in the fight or something. I think they need to change this. If you were to place a veteran fighter who has fought professionally inside a ring with a fully trained ref they would say the same thing.
Totally agree. The fighters must feel so confined with the ref literally standing next to them. A couple times in this match you could see the fighter trying to cater to the ref's personal space and moving so as not to be in HIS way. Then that nose-tap before each fight just adds to the cringe as well.

Because if he doesn’t see their hands when they tap out someone can break an arm. He needs to see everything to make sure the fighters are safe as possible. It’s just like every other ref, they need to be close to see everything that’s going on.

B Dans got some extremely good blocks and counters. His precision with his punches are on point & 1:20 not to mention his ground work.
Second round "Tape Worm" quickly study and caught on to B Danz moves, just need to get better with his balance, you can see him almost fall here and there, whenever he threw his kicks.
