If you got a radio reception and after you manually adjust the watch hands it will automatically say NO at the next check, because is not in sync anymore. Anyway there are apps to get the NTP time from the smartphone, the smartphone will output a signal and the watch will sync with it
@@thewatchdoctor I have ‘Radio Wave Sync’ and ‘Clock Wave’ and I use them occasionally if any of my watches do not receive the A-T signal. They BOTH work! You can also use them with Casio watches if you are struggling to get a Multi-Band 6 radio signal. They BOTH work! Both ‘Radio Wave Sync’ and ‘Clock Wave’ have extremely easy to follow instructions. They both cost £1.79 when I got them and they are well worth buying. Edit: just noticed this was replied to a year ago, but I will still leave this reply here as it might be useful to others.
It’s an older review but we’re still watching it! Thanks for this video. This is the most complex watch that I actually want. The PCAT and Diver are high on my list as well but less busy. I’m a Citizen fan obviously. Thanks again!
Nice review, shame you missed out the lume shot. Nothing wrong with your wrist size, I’ve seen reviews where they have smaller wrists, but it fits well because they have a more rounded wrist as opposed to a square shaped wrist. Very nice Skyhawk and I will get the same watch but with the bracelet. I have the Black Navihawk which has the same functions, and although it has a busy dial, I love it. I like the blue nylon Promaster pouch shown at the start, do know anywhere that they can be bought from?
Yes apologies I sometimes forget to do the lume shot. I love the dial and how busy it is, but wasn’t keen on the way you accessed the functions through the strange crown action. I’ve sold mine now as I’ve got the Seiko Flightmaster but would still recommend it to people. Thanks for the comment. The⏱👨⚕️
I found the original leather strap to be very stiff and thick. Leather straps will eventually wear out. I wear it on a 3rd party FKM rubber strap. The watch has a standard 22mm lug width, you can wear it on about anything, leather, rubber, NATO, steel mesh. You will need a spring bar removal tool to get the original strap off. If you get the bracelet version you'll need a tool to size it, so it's a wash.
I have 2 citizen Eco drive movement caliber E650 that are the same principal as this watch in the video. Both of my watches, are not receiving a connection. When I press the bottom button the second hand spins 2 NO 💯. Press and hold the bottom button the 2nd hand spins 2 RX 💯. The 2nd hand holds for a minute, then spins 2 H M L it indicates L. Must mean its low. How can I get a connection❔
Sorry for the delay in replying. If you press and hold the button at 4 o’clock it’ll look for the signal again. If you put it in a window for about 5 mins with the crown facing the window, it should find and update. L M and H all relate the strength of the signal. You might live in an area where it struggles to get the signal although that’s less likely from what you’ve said about your other watches. 👍🏻. The ⏱👨⚕️

I've got this exact same watch. Does the power reserve indicator every actually show fully charged, or does the indicator always show slightly less for you too? I notice that it seems is could go just a tad further, but it never does
Hi there. Sorry for the delay. I’ve charged it fully now for you and yes mine seems to go to the fully charged position. Maybe it’s a slightly misaligned dial hand rather than an issue with the charging? The ⏱👨⚕️
Mine has shown fully charged since I have had it. I do put it in a window sill that faces south some days, but it never moves to less than fully charged when not in that window.
I just picked mine up yesterday. I love it except for the strap. The yellow plastic liming of the strap is terrible. I ordered a nice Barton Ellite silicone strap in navy blue that will be a huge improvement.
Citizen eco drive sky hawk? :- 1) Which colour is the watch light? 2) What is the reason for night light showing red colour? 3) Does it automatically change 1 hour forward or backward automatically without manually setting?
The light is more an orangey colour. I think that might have been the camera and lighting making it more red. Yes it automatically changes. It’s amazing 👍🏻. The ⏱👨⚕️

Will this leather belt live forever, or is it better to buy the stainless steel version so that I don't have to buy spare parts?

@@hamada-1987 The leather has a hard plastic liner that cracks. The outer layer looks great, but the strap is uncomfortable and doesn’t last.
