- This one’s been requested a couple of times and I’ve planned to do it for some time, so here it finally is.
Frente Patriótico Manuel Rodríguez, or Manuel Rodríguez Patriotic Front was the armed wing of the Chilean Communist Party, established during Pinochet’s dictatorship in 1983. Its aims were to overthrow Pinochet’s CIA-backed regime by carrying out guerrilla attacks.
The group had around a thousand members and eventually the organization split into two factions after the fall of the dictatorship.

When it says "La Patria esta bien mal," the "mal" means sick/ill, not "bad." The sickness, I must assume, is the fascism.
