- We shoot our first-ever indoor round with a wrist release to see if we become more comfortable with the TRU Ball Execution release.

When that second angle camera popped up and it was a totally clean, unshot target face I couldn't believe my eyes!!! Keep shooting, Steven. We'll keep watching!
To help with your anchor point a good tip is to take a piece of d loop material and tie a clove hitch or constrictor knot above the d loop to make a kisser. You’ll find a repeatable anchor point is achievable every time
Instead of trying to use the tip of your finger to activate the release use the use the pad of the finger Where you and normally hold your hinge wrap it all the way around and then begin to pull through with back Tension that's what I see everybody do
Try the Stan Xtinction! You will love it. Clean crisp .
Steven, great grouping once you had a few rounds. Dare say shooting better than the back tension release from other remedy videos. Love the content.
Dietmar trillis, very nice man.
Try triggering the release with the middle finger instead of the index. This will allow you to use the index knuckle to anchor and reduce the angle of the wrist.
Pretty good shooting.
Steven, before you try to many more release aids, try adjusting that tru-balls length. I would suggest shortening it first. 🏹🤠👍
Sweep the trigger, forward, and shorten the length up. And also take the plastic piece off the strap towards the body of the release, because it causes torque on the release. Just some advice from personal experience. Keep up the great shooting!
They say you need to lock your index knuckle in on your earlobe and behind your jaw wrap your Your finger completely around the trigger activate the shot by using backtension Jack Wallace Sharon Wallace husband that's all he shoots is wrist released and hes amazing
More than one anchor , some even put the thumb behind the neck. some hook the finger ,some use middle finger. Thumb knuckle on the ear lobe. etc etc etc
Dietmar Trillus....No idea where he is know. Had the pleasure of being on the line with him several times.
Try the true ball beast with the solid bar. Shorten it up and put the heavy spring in it. I've been shoot 2 of those fir the last several years. I only. Hunt but shoot 3d for fun. Love that release
Check out John Dudleys backstrap wrist release, very informative on setup and technique.
I watched the video yesterday...I dont remember you mentioning that, that release ha adjustable travel, tention, and that trigger can be moved to 3 diffrent positions!
Yes, just what I was thinking.
Steven - if you like the trigger to stick out to the side, rather than being swept back, this can be set up. Remove the screw at the base of the trigger shoe. Rotate the shoe forwards approximately 90*, and re-insert the screw. the trigger shoe should now be roughly horizontal, curving slightly forwards.
Try the Carter Like Mike 2. You will not be disappointed.
Could u review the Ultraview Hinge release?
Did you ever try the forward trigger position as it has three different set ups?
hey buddy how do you like it?
wrist release must be shorter Steven. You should be able to rap the front piece of your finger completly around the trigger to be able to shoot back tension.
personally, i only use wrist releases with hair-trigger or thumb release.. back-tension release involves too much movement for the entire arms vs just a joint of an index finger or thumb movement.. but, dats juz me.. 🤷🏻♂️😅😆
I still "command" the thumb button release on my Carter chocolate addiction but because of the "fourth" finger position it negates any torque from the button,....but that's just me LoL 🏹🤠👍.
Dietmar Trillus ???
I’m getting target panic just watching!🤦🏽
It doesnt look correctly configured to you. you should not have to go hunting for the trigger. You seem to be punching at times also.
Douglas, forget his frist name!!
Could have been Douglas, Douglas 😂... 🏹🤠👍.
