the problem with Phil P is too much vocal embelishments and improvisations...(not needed with this song), can't doubt his vocal prowess, but sometimes less is more, this rendition could be better with less vocal theatricals, if he kept it close to original but go a bit into the lower vocal register would have nailed this performance.
