I lived in Etobicoke for 13 years. Then it turned into neo somalia and crime rate increased about 700% so i moved out of the GTA. That was 7 years ago and i haven’t been back since. The entire city is a garbage dump.
SIU can only investigate police with regards to their mandate when there serious injury of a person, a discharge of a firearm at a person. Or a sexual assault of a person, as reported by the person. Everything else would go through internally via Professional Standards. This video doesn’t display anything in regards to that. There is always more to the store, if this person had a bench warrant, on conditions, committed a crime or was going to committed a crime, and so on. He gets his RTC read, if he declined or wants to call a lawyer down at 51 Div I’m sure or gets released on a form 9 with another set court date which he may or may not miss.

The Somalians are in the Rexdale area. It’s not even bad over there. Don’t compare Etobicoke to the rest of Toronto
