depend karta hai ki kya kharab hua hai. Gear kharab toh replacement. Circuit kharab toh repairing after identifying the issue. But mostly replacement is best option.
By zero if you mean neutral point of servo. Then connect the servo to the tester and press the switch of the tester to bring the light to neutral point(second point)

Bhai maine do servo fir se order kiye but usme bhi wahi problem huaa ..... Mtlb ek servo receiver ke sath chl raha h but dusra nhi chl raha h lekin wo servo tester ke sath chl raha h .....

With out tester how run the motor
Either run it using ESC or test it using servo tester. No other option.
