This episode had me PISSED 😡 😭 lol sorry y’all I don’t normally get this mad but it was getting crazy in this one hahaha
LAST EPISODE TOMORROW! LET’S GOOOO! 🎉
You channeled all the anger I held inside!
This is my favorite episode omg. The satisfaction of seeing Yeon Jin's face when she realizes her mother wouldn't think twice before throwing her under the bus just like Dong Eun's mother did🤌🏽! PEAK REVENGE
Yeon-jin is truly her mother’s daughter. Both don’t take responsibility for their past actions.
Ashley i found you again in another comment section lol 😭
@@milkylizzard Lmao why is this funny😭I am everywhere aren't I
@@ashley-ll2oj literally
the scene of Ye Sol hugging her father made me cry so bad - she's just a baby 😭
She’s an innocent angel 👼
Ikr? 😭 Poor baby girl 🥺
After everything she’s been through, those parents at soccer practice were gossiping about her while she was standing all alone. They should be ashamed of themselves. Gossiping about a child. And for what? For something she had nothing to do with? It’s bad enough that all the kids have shunned her. If anything, they should feel sorry for her.
Dong-eun realising sohee's spirit was actually there and getting emotional about it is extra touching because earlier in the show she had said that even after all the trauma she feels like sohee is with her and helps her sleep peacefully at night
Poor girls blood pressure rising every time Yeonjin comes on screen 😂😂
The writer intentionally put in a little spiritual stuff in the show. So in this scene, it started as just acting as per Dong Eun's request, but then turned real when the shaman saw the actual ghost.
Dong-eun was crying because she realized So-hee's spirit was around, watching her all along.
Yeon-jin really tried to gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss her way out of that confrontation with her husband, but that only works with people who have less power and brains than you Yeon-jin!! Honestly wish it came sooner but him holding out this long made her downfall even more delicious.
The way you said sara almost had her breaking point, then it really happen in the next minutes. LIKE... GURL 😦😨
I DIDNT THINK SHE WOULD STAB HER THOUGH 😭😭😭
@@CaitybTV i kinda expect it but still gasped out loud 😭😭😭 the whole show is crazy
@CaitybTV That's why we don't mess with crackheads.
@CaitybTV the camera zoomed to the pencil a bit before...oh and apparently that pencil sold out in Korea after that episode
I totally agree with you. YJ is one of the evilest selfish characters I've ever seen. Also Sara and JJ are just crazy
that options given by the husband is like music to my ears!!! finally a divorce!! 👏🏼👏🏼
This drama has many excellent qualities( ACTING!!!), but what stands out the most is the way the story is meticulously built up from the first episode, with carefully planted foreshadowing that is all resolved and falls into place like a puzzle in the latter part of the series, providing viewers with a rush of dopamine-fueled satisfaction. Overall, the well-constructed narrative structure culminates in a whirlwind of explosive developments in the later episodes.
Having this time to enjoy the drama again with you is very pleasant. Love your reaction! I'll be waiting for the next final video : )
i think the shaman was punished for taking dirty money and prviding her services to Yeonjin's family for years. but maybe there's more to it that I don't know.
it's ALSO possible that the shaman was a fake all along (hints in her scene with Hyeonam. getting Sohee's "fortune" wrong) but in the end, before she died she really conjured a spirit
she was punished for summoning a spirit
This episode was crazy. The wide range of emotions I went through watching this episode. Poor Sohee and her mother 😢 This was intense and yeah I can't wait to see how the last episode plays out.
When she said “ I think I’m a victim “ and then u got SOO ANGRY LMAO ( I had the same reaction as u )
LIKE GURL PLEASE GET OUT OF MY FACE WITH THAT BULLSHIT
@@CaitybTV FRRRR 😭😭
24:01 Those parents in the background were gossiping about her while she was standing all alone. They should be ashamed of themselves. Gossiping about a child. And for what? For something she had nothing to do with. It’s bad enough that all the kids have shunned her. If anything, they should feel sorry for her. Fortunately, Do-yeong still loves her even though he knows Ye-sol isn’t his daughter. He’s Ye-sol’s real father. And as far as she’s concerned, he is all the father she will ever need. After all, he raised her like a princess.
This episode was insane! The directing, the scripts, the acting, all perfect 😳
So yeah it was confusing to me at first too but I think Dong-eun came to them to request that they mess with Yeon-jin so it started as an act. But halfway through it became real and the shaman was killed by the gods. And the wind in the hair symbolizes So-hee blessing Dong-eun's way of seeking justice for them. I know we're int he 21st century, but I LOVE how the writers stuck true to their culture even though, so far, up until this moment, the writing for the series has been calculating and very grounded in _reality_ .
I think it's pretty clear that Jae Joon was the father of So Hee's baby and, given what we've seen and his reaction to the news, the pregnancy was NOT consensual.
If you want to know more about Korean shamanism, I recommend the movie 'Exhuma'. It will be released on Netflix on July 15. Also, Lee Do-hyun (actor who played Joo Yeo-jeong) is one of the main characters.
I love your contents❤
I’m gonna miss watching these reactions before work 😭😢
There's actually a few theories regarding So-hee's pregnancy. One says, after she transferred schools, she and Jae-jun kept seeing each other, maybe out of fear or interest, see that he never did anything to Dong-Eun physically in their bullying he was mostly the spectator for Yeon-jin, Myeong-oh was the one assaulting, that would also explain why So-hee suddenly wore luxury clothes, same as Yeon-jin nonetheless who he sees everyday, cause he was buying them (maybe he bought that dress on purpose), and also why Yeon-jin kept targeting her even though she went to another school when she was already tormenting Dong-eun. She does not want Jae-Jun but she likes his attention, cuz here they are even a decade later just fucking around, she's married and he never settled. So his reaction to her pregnancy is genuine because they were sleeping together. I'm not saying they were actually like in love, I'm not sure he's capable of that, but just hooking up, his reaction is probably due to the whole fatherhood path he has going on with Yeo-sol as well. Not one kid he lost, but two.
Just a theory tho.
I agree that yeo-jeong is definitely the scariest character lol
12:37 Ye-sol is an angel 👼, even though she’s the offspring of 2️⃣ savages.
I was WAITIN for ur reaction! I absolutely LOVED this episode instead of the last one which is episode 16. Simply because the peak of everything happened in this one. It was just satisfaction after satisfaction. N that supernatural element where the spirit was actually there? Chef's kiss fr😂❤
2:19 wow i think u r the only person who get it close to the interpretation!!
YeSol apologizing to her FATHER, and him crying as he lets her know it’s not her fault- the one thing that brought me to full tears.
They’re both angels 👼 sent from heaven. The world needs more people like them.
4:50 YOUR ANGER😭😭😭🙏
I don't blame her cause THE AUDACITY
@@oddinary6242 I HAD THE SAME REACTION FOR YEONJIN WHEN SHE SAID THAT😭
I think what I actually really 'liked' about this episode was the fact that the characters stayed true to form. I liked that the characters weren't suddenly written completely differently from the previous episodes. Let's not lie about Yeong-Jin from the moment her gig was up (ep. 8 on) she's been trying to gaslight Do-Young back on her side because that's what always has worked for her with others but he's too smart for her so she was frustrated. I thought it was actually hilarious that the bullies kept picking on the strung-out druggy to keep messing with that's the one you don't mess with and as you called it not even 20 seconds later she blew up.
The parallel of Yeong-Jin being thrown under the bus by her mother the same way that Dong-Eun mother did to her was simply poetic justice and letting her know that this was merely to let her know you have NO ONE. No father, no mother, no husband, and no daughter no love by your side was wonderful. Your penultimate episode should always leave you wanting more and this one didn't disappoint. Your frustration and enthusiasm are contagious. 🤣😂
CAITLIN, you were exactly as I watched this episode, I almost had a rabies of anger. This drama left me some nightsless nights. And that is why he is the best to date, causes adverse reactions in everyone who assists.😩👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
This show is incredible. The actress who plays yeonjin is incredible at making an absolutely detestable character. Fun fact; the guy who plays Mr lover boy (lee dong eun) is actually dating the actress who plays yeonjin!!! Hilarious considering in this show they’re complete enemies. But she’s an incredible person and deserves all the awards she won. Also the actress who played sara is actually a school bully herself. It’s ironic considering how she is in a show that advocates for school safety… anyway this show is incredible and I can’t wait for the final episode
When you said Sara is at her breaking point and you don't know what she's gonna do next I laughed because I knew the next scene coming up was her stabbing her "friend" with a pencil. Perfect timing 🤣
I think this is the best ep in this show
You are not alone about being mad/upset. Hahaha
Did anyone ever think how the hell Yeong-jin knew that Soo-hee was pregnant? They weren't actual friends and that means she killed Soo-hee knowing she was pregnant
the moment yeonjin open her mouth , CAITLIN GOES CRAZY LIKE MAD MADDDD
5 minutes in and caitlin already rage walking sAHAHAHAHHASHKSDG
This show is one of those who doesn't leave you fully after watching it. Great reaction
I think the shaman death scene is open for interpretation for both believer and nonbeliever.
4:35 THIS REACTION WAS EVERYTHING
this is such a perfect episode lmao
aaaa i love ur reactions and the editing just everything about ur videoss and you upload rlly quick, esp since u were moving, tysm for the great content !!!
This and the last episode are like so satisfactory it feels good. I love the way everyone has turned their back at yeonjin her mother husband daughter friends. When she was young she took pride in those people and now they have left her. What else could be a bigger punishment for her tbh. I remember in one episode in the beginning yeonjin was told that she is in danger from people who have letter O in their name and interestingly enough almost everyone has an O in their name even yeonjin has it. She is a danger to herself
Ironically, in this episode Yeonjin's mom's name is revealed to be Yeongae (영애), so her own mom is also the one she should've stayed away from, and every person Dongeun gets to turn on her, except Sara (사라) and Jaejun (재즌), have that character in their name.
girl i had the same reaction through out, I FEEL YOU!!
One thing about kdrama , the villains really get under your skin . The acting . And people really do be like that in reality . I love kdrama villains 😂😂😂
Yeonjin lost everything but he audacity! Like that girl was on another level of gaslighting and being full of herself.
You need to watch World of the Married next!!! The MESSSSINESS in that drama is wild
i enjoy rewatching the glory with you and i hope you watch lovely runner next tysm ♡♡
20:30 I love him because he's so cute and so crazy at the same time 🤣
Jae-jun is not a father looking for his children, but a child who wants to get his things back. He wants custody of Ye-sol and wants to know that So-hee is pregnant, as if he thinks that he is a victim who was unfairly taken away from Yeon-jin and hospital officials. He completely forgot about his school violence and sexual crimes.
Exactly. In high school he tortured So-hee and Dong-eun. At that time, they were someone's daughters. And as an adult, he had no regard for women. Someone like him doesn't deserve children. How will he take care of Ye-sol?
Moon had previously said that Heaven is not on her side. This episode showed that heaven actually was on her side. Throughout the whole show also - even with Moon's flawless planning and smarts, many things could have gone wrong and she was extremely lucky to always meet the right person at the right time, so there was some kind of luck on her side too.
The shaman also said previously that she used to be quite good (hinting that she had been losing her powers) was another clue that heaven was withdrawing their favour from her for using her powers for evil.
ahhh i love this episode and your reaction was really good. like you got mad mad😭😭😭
in last ep's ending, it was just act. As you saw, Dongeun met her to tell about what Yunjin had done to Sohee. So she acted like Sohee had come to her body. But in this ep, it was not act. She really saw Sohee's soul(ghost) side by Yunjin. That's why shaman said 'why you are here, who died with fire' and then she died by beoljun. In korea shaman, the biggest punishment is dying by their god. If shaman did something extream bad or wrong then their god take the soul.
my english skill is bad but all I wrote is real (I am korean and have friend who is shaman)
Literally Yeo-jeong is the most adorable and at the same time the creepiest character in this series xd
19:02 Well done, Moon Dong-eun. Now we’ll watch the drama unfold.
30:25 Yeon-jin is truly her mother’s daughter. Both don’t take responsibility for their past actions.
4:50 I have lived with a person who is like that. It's crazy how they can twist their most heinous wrongs into nothing and then turn and accuse you for something instead as if you are the one in the wrong and done something to them.
12:51 my ex also contacted me recently (15 years after I left him) and kind of did this, trying to still twist the situation playing the victim that the fact he doesn't have custody of his kids (not mine) and his older one didn't wanna see him anymore somehow is my and others fault. + even though he were sentenced to prison (but of course got to serve at home with an ankle bracelet instead) for domestic abuse against his partner after me, he have all this time even though there is evidence and witnesses always claimed that they somehow is the victim or the oned wronged.
I never ever been in an abuse relationship before or after that person and with everyone else of my exes I'm still on good terms even so we've met up for coffee or a beer etc just to catch up and talk.
But that ex not only me but everyone else who's been with him have claimed and even had proof of being abused by him BUT he claims it's somehow we who are crazy and even that we got together to ruin him.
So watching Yeon-Jin just lie and twist the truth and play victim is so similar that I'm not at all surprised.
Just to explain; my abusive ex is some kind of psychopath that is intelligent and when we met seemed perfectly fine and normal supersweet too, they were a CEO and had a nice house, seemingly great relationship with his family, liked to play chess etc so it's not like I had any idea going into it and moving in.
And that also feels so similar to this series, Yeon-Jin also seemed fine on the surface when Do-Young married her, she was well put together, god job, friends and family etc.
If you love that show, you have to watch The Penthouse : War Of Life ! 👏🏼
Revenge is a dish served C.O.L.D
40 second ago is crazy 😂 (Love your reaction gurl
This episode was full of violence... And I like that 😂😂 is all well deserved and to compensate we have a cute moment with Ye sol and her father 🥺✨ that poor child needs therapy asap
omg 1min ago i can’t wait to watch this when i’m back home from work🥳
Like I commented n the last episode about the Shaman but people commented saying what makes you think, that you won't understand? Cause most people get confused at this part, I've seen the entire series 4 times and countless reviews and many got confused, so I explained it., and I was right! The Shaman died for playing with the gods, she did a fake ceremony and So Hee, spirit actually was there!
This was what I needed.
this drama moves in such a fast pace isnt it
The fact that this drama is also based on true events makes it even more disturbing
Just had dinner, this is my dessert
Caitlyn, you are AMAZING! You definitely need to keep an eye on your blood pressure after episodes like this though😂😂😂. I legit think you need to check out something a little lighter after this one, like maybe Mr. Queen or Twinkling watermelon to give your heart and soul some love 😂. Fantastic episode though, just non-stop insanity yeah?
Now that Do-yeong is single… I volunteer to be Ye-soul new mother 🙋🏻♀️🤭
I'm always enjoying your reactions XD
If you are interested in the story about the Korean god in the beginning of episode 15, please also watch the movie "Exhuma" ("파묘" in Korean). It is the first occult film to reach 10 million viewers in Korea in 2024, which also stars actor Lee Do-hyun (played by Joo Yo-jong of The Glory)
Korean traditional shamanism may be a little hard to understand, but the movie is also very interesting
4:35 5:00
I'm dying🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂
Girl, 100% related your reaction😍
Okay but also dying to ask. Was anyone else bothered by Dong-eun biting and eating the egg with the shell still on??!
I also was laughing at the scene when she confront his husband like that😅
Sara JohnWicking HyeJeong was just 👌🏻
Sara is actually an in-real-life bully (proven) so she slayed the role of it.
she was NOT the one bullying . she was just a bystander (which is still terrible)
Yes!!!love it❤❤❤
If you're a fan of the count of monte Cristo you should check out the show the double it's really great revenge drama
If u want a kdrama like the glory with a revenge story that took years to accomplish you should definitely watch the devil judge
Letss gooo drama early in the morning
Jaejun is the prettiest man in this series (ofc after Yeo) but he is the most disgusting in this series- (pls this actor played his character so well it makes my jaw drop)
It's one of the best episode... Best revenge 😊
I saw your reaction from the beginning of the BTS video. It was hard to understand all the contents of the video, but the reaction was really good. I didn't expect you to watch a Korean drama like that. The action meant a lot to me because I was a person who made a Korean drama. I didn't make this drama, but I was happy that you liked it. I always support you.
12:56 NOT AGAIN😭 YEONJIN IS THE WORST
She is truly her mother's daughter. Both don't take responsibility for their pas actions.
AAAAAAA never clicked a video so fast in my life tho im still a bit late 😭🥹
You should watch hierarchy I think it’s a great show!
Okay so where is that guy who spoiled the shaman death last episode, I want them to copy and paste their comment into this video because it's relevant now lolo
Can't the automatically generated subtitles be in English instead of Korean?
If you select the automatically generated subtitles in Korean, only the dialogue in the drama will be translated, not your words.
It is better to translate the automatically generated English subtitles back into Korean using automatic translation.
The same situation will happen with other movies and dramas.
And regardless of country, race, or gender, criminals have a different way of thinking than ordinary people.
I think that trying to understand criminals is only necessary when trying to prevent or solve crime.
I hope you watch My Name if you did not yet. It is just amazing 😭
Gurlll, you're almost there! What a journey huh? 😆 Suggesting for you to watch PENTHOUSE next. One of the best plot twists in kdramas I've watched ever. The characters there are sooo good (acting wise) and if you like The Glory that much, you'll probably like PENTHOUSE too. SPOILER ALERT, THERE'S A LOT OF SINGING INVOLVED so I think you'll like it too because of that aspect!
Dong-eun plan all of these but she's clean😭🙏
please please please do 'please marry my husband next"
im so early
Also the plot twist at the end - chills....
2:20 DAMN CAIT U R ONE SMART GURLL
