    At or around 6:44.
    If share price is Twice of what companies total assets amounts to, why is it a good option to but the share.
    Isn't it means that share is over-priced than net worth. Won't it be a risky deal to buy an overpriced share if we know company doesn't have enough assets for it

      Tanmay Sharma because of the future growth (earnings). Think about a software company which only owns laptops as assets but grows in earnings 20% every year. It probably makes sense to buy it if reasonably priced, irregardless of its assets (price to book value).
