You would think they would put better quality hardware on the actual Speedy 25 then the strap IF they are going to do two different metals. They are definitely different, they even feel different.

Hi Hayley, loved the video per usual! You are definitely not tripping about the LV a hardware particularly the zipper and the wear and tear on the clasps. Before I purchased my Sarah wallet and my Odeon Tote, I asked the Sales associate about it and she said that they used the new zipper because it was more durable and that the wear on the clasps was normal . I had only had the items for 1 day 🙄
Last year for my birthday I bought my first LV bag and I chose the Speedy 25. I was so underwhelmed when I received it. I’m pretty sure I received a returned bad because there was so much wear on the hardware. I’m starting to think that LV’s quality isn’t that great and that if I am going to continue purchasing from them that I should just accept it and be honest with the fact that I am just spending my money with them because of the name.
You think that speedy is strange wait until you see the new ones lol they changed the metal to shiny gold and left the zipper in brass as of April 2024
All legit complaints. I love my LV items but yep, my Speedy Bs have those problems. My YSL Kate Reversible have this heavy, heavy chains( Well made but dang!). I checked some Lady Dior before and the charms clanging was not for me. I realized then that it's not just aesthetics for me. It must be light and not make noises😂.

Hi Hayley I know what you mean about the Gucci bag. It digs a hole in your shoulder it’s extremely heavy for the size of the bag due to the chain. ❤
