Comparing Luxury handbags to Kate Spade is a good comparison, I think, as someone who buys Kate Spade; the original mission statement of that brand was/is "more functional/realistic take on fashionable trends", meaning the all-leather work tote but available in this season's more vibrant colors or a silly/novelty theme bag that's scaled to at least fit your cell phone and card holder. I go to Kate Spade for the more "practical" interpretation of fashion, made of decent / sturdy (key term is 'decent', not luxurious) materials. When I then step into a place like Louis Vuitton I am expecting a step up, always; not "on par" with Kate Spade. LV quality, presentation and design should be hitting with a "wow" or an "oh!" of surprise and not a "meh" feeling.

I bought the Vivienne bag charm and had buyers remorse and couldn’t justify paying $950 + tax for it so I took it back lol. it was extremely light (in weight) which made it seem like cheap quality but I am obsessed with vivienne and it was super cute.

I have been tempted for over a year, but I somehow can't pull the trigger. First I was eyeing the speedy 20, but since I already own the alma bb it just didn't make sense... just not sure if the allure of the speedy b 25 is bigger than the actual bag. Afraid I will be underwhelmed...🤔Also seeing it arrive al smushed in unboxings, kinda puts me off😅

I bought the Demellier Montreal midi online and sent it straight back. It's a smooth leather that already has nail marks on it. The glaze is uneven. The base is too wide so when you wear it crossbody it sticks out. The shoulder strap clips to the back of the bag which makes the top handle have a tendency to lean forward. I like the capacity and the look of it. If you're only going to use it as a top handle and buy the grained leather or faux croc version then I think it'll be fine. On my wish list are the *unidups* Clutch and Le petit Calino which I might get if they go on sale. I also like the look of the Tod bag.

I actually got Gucci crystal sling backs for my bday and they are super comfy!!! I’ve also wanted the shark boot but I have heard they are beyond uncomfortable….i have enough uncomfortable shoes as it is for me to invest! 😂 I have a pair of I.N.C. boots from Macy’s that are similar to the shark boot but with a stiletto heel and I am obsessed with them! They’re so cute! You can’t go wrong with purchasing fine jewelry. I’ve been buying a lot of fine jewelry recently! I have some luxury watches i.e. Rolex, but also want the panthere still but I don’t want to buy it myself 😂😂😂. You feel me?! My dad keeps saying oh yeah I’ll get it and then goes “I forgot”😂!!! A bag I wish I’d purchased this year is the coach denim tabby 20!!😢I think I am going to cave and get it and there’s another little coach bag I want. It resembles the miu miu bag that looks like a little rectangle and I’m not paying almost $4000 for that thing😂.

Pro tip: moissonite (sp) is where it’s at! eBay sellers have solid gold and they are amazing for a fraction of the price. It’s more sustainable, almost the same as a diamond in hardness, and more sparkly!! 💎
