I've got mixed feelings about it, I don't know if I'd go for the acrylic token version.. I don't see the difference at all and I don't see where it could be useful ? Help :/
the thing is , from the gameplay trailer , this looks so basic and makes no sense at the same time. If I wanted to move my characters around and read a book, id always play something similar to tainted grail. The Old World is better in every possible way.
yeah , i have dropped my pledge as well , i think what shitbrix is saying dont promote game company to make mediocre games and boring mechanism (be better) , but really put their heart into the project , if they play tested the game enough they will know that the gameplay is average at best and their is not enough preperation has being made, they are trying so hard to get people's attenstion on the minature , when the content is lacking .
Watching actual playthroughs there’s a lot more nuance to the drafting and sequencing than a cursory glance of the trailer lets on. It’s no lacerda but just because the actions are simple doesn’t mean there isn’t depth

@@Trayzard the gameplay is quite weak , espcially with the drafting system , not enough to stand out and justify the price , and i cant help but notice the ronin minatures are designed with more dynamic pose and more thoughts into the design , they couldve put more effort on the deluxed minatures , feels like being tricked into buying something extra that you dont really need .

This is how most kickstarter expansions are though. It's not unique to this game, it's pretty much industry standard now to have miniates as separate add-ons that cost more than the game itself. A lot of the time, the game is not complete without some of the content, and some content is often detrimental to the experience. I actually don't think this game does anything different, it has the usual core box, stretch goals, some minor content expansions and a bunch of optional unnecessary cosmetics. Point being that you can skip those.

moreover those tokens just replace tokens inside the core box, not the expansions. So pretty useless.

Yes, just add ronin to your pledge and thats it
But remember that you wont get stretch goals that way
