Just remember with retinol it can dry your skin so on the nights you use it make sure you use a really emollient face cream to keep moisture in there and plaster sunscreen on your face in the morning because retinol can make your skin more sensitive to UV damage. But honestly it has made a HUGE difference to my skin since using it.
If you use skinbetter’s alpharet, you can use it every night without drying. And it’s very effective. I could only use retinol maybe 2-3x per week before when I used skinceuticals and it would make my skin look so dry/dull the next day.
Creatine causes your muscles to hold more water and look.bigger but it damages them and you see as you age these weird streaks in the muscle body. This was told to me years ago by a bodybuilder, so check with the older builders to see if they notice anything like that to verify.

Calendula oil...and a roller made from jade. Have somebody use it on your face. Not only works wonders, its therapeutic. If you put the jade in the freezer, its even better. Dont judge me lol.

If you mix a little drop of your retinal with moisturizer it helps your skin get used to it without such harsh reactions.
