The Adinkra symbols originated from Bono Kingdom, in Bono GYAAMAN of Ghana and Partly the Ivory coast.

God created all these symbols and embedded them in most living things like fish etc. if you cut certain fish like catfish and pay attention you can find these symbols in them.
