Good version and banjo was a nice add. I’m not sure who the Purple Hulls are but this is definitely an Andrew Peterson song from over 15 years ago. Just wanted to make sure the genius who wrote this got his credit!

Technically, that’s Jesus’s legal genealogy, but not His biological genealogy. Many believe that the genealogy given towards the end of Luke 3 is Mary’s, not Joseph’s, so that would be the biological genealogy.
